    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Apple Watch 4 cellular, issues with accessing my @o2 mobile data!Since the recent @Apple software update. What’s the point of a device when can’t used at its fullest capacity 😡no calls, no emails, no alerts!! I’m annoyance is incomparable. sort it out @o2 @Apple @AppleWatchGuru

    @Crippleywonk @O2 It was a bit of a wrench when I had to leave T-Mobile/EE. But they took our mast out and we don’t get signal at home now. I’ve had good experiences with most providers over the years. It’s not as scary as it may at first seem.

    Unfortunately my experience is totally the opposite. Reception on @O2 is absolute tosh compared to @EE. Can’t wait for contract to end at the start of next year so I can get some decent service again.

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    @o2 Totally fed up and appalled with the lack of efficient customer service received. Constant delays. Constant fob offs. How to piss off a customer - you’re experts at that.

    @O2 I'm really struggling to work here in Burgess Hill RH15 8RE. I cannot find anything wrong except data speeds for internet are sooo, sooo slow ping around 1300ms Downloads 1-3 Mbps and uploads similar. Yesterday as well. I have restarted my phone numerous times too. Any ideas?

    Not cool, @O2 - next time you test the cell broadcast system, give us heads up in an SMS at least 24 hours before. This was not only rude, but unnecessarily disruptive. I will be lodging a formal complaint, yet again.

    @O2 ever since you began "improving" the network in my area, my data has been super slow. From taking a few seconds to download stuff, now takes up to 21 hours. This isn't on, as I rely on your data for my internet access

    @O2 hi is there a way to check if a PAYG sim has been cut off, I just turned the phone on to get a new priorities code as the app crashed and had to reinstall it and now the PAYG sim just says “no service”

    @O2 hi! I upgraded my handset on Saturday 8th May. There’s no issue at all apart from me still waiting for an email with my link to apply the O2 Open airtime discount I get? The staff member assured me I’d receive it, I hope it’s not gone past the time allowed to apply it.
