Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

Never ever move your mobile service to @O2 because it won't work. Cut off day 2, promises broken. 3 days trying to port a number and still no success. Still trying but no access to bank authentication or HMRC login texts.
