    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    Hi @O2 we generally get very good service is most places, but there are two towns nearby (Hempstead and Rochester) where both me and my wife’s O2 phones show strong 4 or 5G signal, but little or no data connection. Too many users on one mast?

    @O2 Essentially, I (we) can have full 4G signal, but no data throughput. I’ve complained many times via Twitter about this since I moved from 3 to O2 earlier this year. I never seem to have an issue in hue EU on network share. Seems to be lack of infrastructure investment v users.
