    @O2 I can’t get 4g indoors, some days barely 3G. I have to reset the network settings 2-3 each week. I’ve been with @o2 a long time but I’m considering moving elsewhere once this contract ends

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    @O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

    10 weeks away from the office and the @o2 phone reception is still ******* terrible. Internet barely won’t work on 4g and just about loads on 3G 😩😩 I’ve been taking home wifi for granted

    @O2 Hello there, My name is Christopher Attwood, and my 02 contract finished months ago. When I call to cancel it, nobody ever answers the phone. I have called endlessly to cancel my contract on seven separate occasions, and not once have I had my call answered. I wish to cancel.
