    @O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while I’m at work.

    @O2 I have been trying to contact the fraud team to report an incident. I have spoken to 3 of your so called customer service staff and no help. The last gave me an incorrect email address that has bounced back. Please advice me how I contact. #poorservice

    @O2 charging me for an account I cancelled over a year ago. Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Absolutely unbelievable

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    @O2 I can’t get 4g indoors, some days barely 3G. I have to reset the network settings 2-3 each week. I’ve been with @o2 a long time but I’m considering moving elsewhere once this contract ends

    @O2 is there a fault in the TN263BN area? On your website it says that the service is working fully, but I’m getting 3G and also ‘E’. There has to be a fault? This isn’t normal service for this area.

    10 weeks away from the office and the @o2 phone reception is still ******* terrible. Internet barely won’t work on 4g and just about loads on 3G 😩😩 I’ve been taking home wifi for granted

    @O2 paid extra for next day pre midday delivery, on a new phone and new contract, now gone 3pm no delivery, no tracking info, and on hold for 40 minutes. Have to go to work don’t want to miss my package, should I stay or should I go? HELP!

    Beware of @O2 - 3days going through customer service to cancel an account I didn't know I had but was being charged for, hung up on, return calls not returned, refund offered, refund rescinded. If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

    @Paul86837828 @O2 I had the same problem. I downloaded the o2 app and topped it up on there. Worked 1st time. I tried 4 cards online and the 4444 number. Plus o2 wasn’t very helpful when I messaged them. Hope that works.

    @O2 Hi, yes tried that a couple of times. The sim didn’t connect to the network at all when I first put it in. After called CS it now does but I can’t dial out or take any calls.

I have an issue with the mobile date on my Apple Watch for more than 5 days and they just passed me to O2 store, customer service, teach support team and … but they are completely irresponsible and just lying

    Just switched away from @EE where I have been a customer for years to go to @O2 - cheaper sim only contract and EU roaming still included. Companies like @EE should be ashamed for ripping off Brits who travel just because there isn’t a legal ban anymore.

    @O2 must be having a bubble. No data or voice for the last few hours. I’ve been out and about in Bristol with others who are on O2 but they’ve not had any issues.
