    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 Nothing received. When was it sent? Last message I had from you was an auto responder on 24th July stating that you’d respond to my complaint within 5 days. Have had nothing since.

    @O2 My current network is Tesco and I have a sim in myhandset from them but I have a esim option too. Will an O2 esim work despite it being a different network although @tescomobile use the O2 mobile network.

    @O2 Hey O2 I fixed this 2 weeks ago over chat but now the issue has returned and I know I have voicemails. Can't access my voicemail abroad, can't call the VRN number from another phone as 'phone number not permitted to access this service'. All agents currently busy on O2 chat.

    @virginmedia I realised that, however, if I cancel the @O2 Sim card I was told that I would not get a better deal...also cannot get through verification with o2 to cancel. Very annoyed...had to renegotiate my contract with you guys twice in the last month as it is!

    @o2 Please help. Waited for wages to go in so that I can pay off my old device plan to upgrade. My old phone is at the bottom of a lake. Just when I was about to pay, it said I had to enter a code sent to my phone to verify my a/c. But I signed in. How can I buy new phone?

    @O2 account activation link has expired and there seems to be no way to explain that to your robots on the helpline. Hoping some human monitors this Twitter handle and can help . What a lovely experience for a new customer !
