    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 my phone won’t let me get past o2 switch up - it’s agreed to the switch up I get to the final check out page and there is an issue with my “switch up selection” by there isn’t.. and I have never used my switch up until today…

    When your spend a hours and half sorting a upgrade for @O2 to cut your phone off. Then spend 45 minutes trying to get it turned back on for so done to cancel your upgrade. #whybother #shambles

    @O2 probably the worst ever experience of a pre-order ever, and your track record isn’t great anyway. Last time I order as a Switch Up customer thats for sure. Terrible customer service from start to finish.

    This is your sign NEVER to use @O2 . My account got hacked and 6 numbers were added racking a bill up of £220! 3 days later and more fees added, O2s Asian call centres are still palming me off. Just avoid completely. Jubs. Worst customer service ever… hey @EE 👀

    @ikaichandler @O2 It’s the same every year and we all say the same every year that it needs to be sorted for next year. One year they listened and brought in a queuing system unfortunately it was the worst queuing system in the world, it’s the only queuing system where you wait god knows how long, get to the front and then when you proceed to the next stage of ordering get put back into another queue

    @O2 hiya hoping you can help as the online site it slow assuming cause of the new iPhone 17 pre orders. If I upgrade an iPad to a phone will it come with a new SIM card? As the iPad sim is just data and texts & no minutes I believe or will I need to upgrade in store. Thank you
