    @O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    @virginmedia @O2 Scammers, they took my money and disappear! We pay the service for 3 weeks and internet still isn't operating. Call centre lied to us. Technician failed to setup last week, apologies and said he's coming back either the same day. But still off radar so far.
