¢σℓℓєттє ℓуηη мσσяє♥ (@ColletteLynn_) reported from Great Horkesley, England

Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

  • SimonHemmingshj
Simon Hemmings (@SimonHemmingshj) reported from Chelmsford, England

@O2 @GarethTurpin I appreciate your personal message. However, I now remember why I left you last time, lower than average service, and now a 17.3% total price increase, which is disproportionate and completely knobbish if you ask me. @BBCNews

  • ashley_leggett
Ashley Leggett (@ashley_leggett) reported from Great Leighs, England

@O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

  • AbbeygaleRose
𝐀𝐛𝐛𝐞𝐲𝐠𝐚𝐥𝐞 (@AbbeygaleRose) reported from Chelmsford, England

Beginning to regret renewing my contract with O2, their coverage in Chelmsford is awful. My 4G works about 20% of the time. @O2

CLAIRE WALMSLEY (@MissClaireW) reported from Halstead, England

@O2 Yeh you keep replying to people with this, & yet the link you sent either directs back to social media, or continues the issue of login problems... so... ?? @virginmedia @O2

@O2 Why? Are you going to solve this issue today of me not being able to make phone calls here in the US?

  • fellbytheway
    fell (@fellbytheway) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE is that a government issue or the network provider lack of investment ?

  • hanmark
    hanmark (@hanmark) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Tom doesn't use bike lanes or crossings so nobody else should be able to. Tom likes to show off that he lives in a more expensive area than you but thinks your tax should solve his connectivity problems. Tom hasn't heard of broadband or WiFi. Don't be like Tom.

  • williampharford
    William Harford (@williampharford) reported

@worstall @O2 @vodafone Maybe they'll help improve matters like they have with equity investments in local broadband...

  • thomwatson
    Thom Watson (@thomwatson) reported

@O2 @RealToffeeCelt No you’re wrong in Selby I’ve had to buy an EE virtual sim to put alongside my O2 because there’s barely any data signal. As soon as my O2 contract is up I’m off chaps. Have been with you 15 years almost and it’s become so much worse.

  • LaBloggeuse
    Dr Devra Kay (@LaBloggeuse) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I have terrible reception. I have 2shout to be heard. Having ditched my land line relieved to be rid of BT, &loving free calls on What’s App all over the world I can hear people overseas with ease but they can hardly hear me. But with people nearby we can barely hear one another

  • legraphics
    LE Graphics (@legraphics) reported

@O2 I have been a business customer for over 25 years. Delighted to see the adverts for O2 satellite given that I have no network coverage for half of my time. Shocked when phoned to order the bolt on and told its for personal customers only. Do you not value business customers?

  • DJBSBC
    GBD (@DJBSBC) reported

@O2 @TomTugendhat O2 your signal and data in particular is farcical. It’s one industry that has taken the biggest step back in terms of advancements and relies on people using WiFi more often and just ‘accepting’ that the service is ****.

  • paalston
    Peter Alston (@paalston) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Make it the law, ofcom, that if there’s no decent reception on your chosen provider then mobiles piggyback onto a service which is actually available whenever you are, akin to the 999 thing - your mobile provider pick up the cost. Arguably just one UK network would be better

  • FelisMortRes
    HomoAntiquus (@FelisMortRes) reported

@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Maybe the companies set their network for official population data, and real population number is waaay higher?
