What is the longest amount of tine that you have waited for an @O2 upgrade phone. I ordered mine a month ago and it still at #DPD and neither #O2 or #DPD have been able to help so far. Not sure if I'm being unreasonable to keep chasing up every day.

@O2 Hey O2 - yet AGAIN my service has been stopped despite the fact O2 owe me money the UK Ombudsman ordered O2 to pay. I will be naming and shaming O2 on social media permanently now until this is dealt with. RESTORE MY SERVICE! 🤬🤬
