Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

When you contact @O2 to change your tariff they'll order stuff you didn't ask for and when you get a confirmation of something you didn't order they "can't cancel" and then after it arrives and you return it - they don't refund you. #badservice
