    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    @O2 I bought or upgrade to a iPhone 11 in November. Having lots of problems since then. Poor connection to internet. Phone running slow. I heavily rely on the internet and have been let down many times!!! When out shopping even worse. Who can help.

    @O2 I don’t think you could possibly make it more difficult to cancel a contract if you tried! Your website takes me round in never ending circles, number constantly busy and all chats busy. Infuriating!
