@thepmadden @O2 I've been having almost the same problem...I lost the SIM card, so now even though I have the email and password for the account I am unable to cancel my contract. In March I've spent over 9 hours trying to get through on the phone and my official complaint email is ignored.

@O2 Hi, I sent a complaint email to O2 on 03/03/2023. Seven working days have now passed and I am still awaiting a response. I made clear in my email my intention to cancel the account and I feel like O2 are dragging their heels on purpose to try extort more money from me.

@O2 @AdamWil44010035 Honestly Adam, it's 2023 and O2 out here acting and behaving like it's 2003. Make sure you write an official complaint so they can leave you hanging for 2+ weeks (and counting). I'd like to recommend literally anyone except O2. Stop supporting these incompetent clowns bro.
