@O2 Really poor service from @O2. You might want to reword your statement of the meaning of priority on the Priority website. How is it possible that other outlets are selling tickets and on resale sights yet the supposedly exclusive O2 priority are not accessible to so many?

I’m fed up. Nearly 4 hours trying for #PeterKay tickets on @O2 priority. Still getting the same messages, “session timed out”, “not allowed” & “oops sorry this website isn’t working right now” How you can say people are buying tickets I’ll never know. #o2down #O2Priority 😡👎🏼👎🏼

@O2 spent all morning trying to get on to finally get on to@priority to be told all tickets are gone 😬 terrible and touting websites are selling them on at incredibly high prices such a shambles!
