Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@Subcora1 @O2 There was a time my account was locked, So I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support and no response, I contacted unihacksupport on insta and they got me back to my account. I think they can help you too

@O2 I'm trying to get my old number transferred to my new sim. The old 1 is an original sized sim & I don't have a phone that takes it to get the PAC code. I've tried the online form which results in an email telling me to use the webchat which never works, please help

@O2 I called 202 4 times over 3 days so far and no one has been able to help me get data roaming to work in the Caribbean, despite activating the O2 Travel bolt on. Extremely frustrating!
