Omgosh I didn’t know how bad @O2 were until this month. The customer service I’ve received has been appalling. I’ve spoken to three different agents and not one of them have called back like they promised to do. They have not solved my problem at all!!!

@O2 tried to call and automated service said there was a 30 minute wait, continued on and when I said it was a cancellation then it magically changed to an hours wait and you close at 8pm 😡 what other cancellation options are there??
