Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

So last time I heard from @O2 was last week. They still can’t find my phone and I’m still out of pocket with money. My phone was received by you on 13th Dec. You have had it a month. Absolutely disgusting service!!!!!
