Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 I’ve been having issues for best part of a month now mostly data not working but now I’m also having signal issues 😡 I thought my phone had been quiet today as soon as I get home and connect to Wi-Fi everything comes through, for what I pay each month this is not good enough

@O2 why do you just cut off people wanting to query their bill? Are we expected to just pay and not ask questions? Customer service across the board is atrocious, not just o2. As long as they get paid, these massive businesses do not give a $&1/

@O2 worst ever experience. Called weeks before my holiday if will have internet in Montenegro and was told will have everything working as at home.Yeah nothing at all! Couldnt call,not even contact host at airbnb cos had no internet.Nightmare!

I've got about a year left on my @O2 contract and the past couple of weeks have not been a great advertisement for me to renew with them. Terrible reception for 4/5G in a lot of places. Anyone have recommendations for network and next phone? I currently have Xperia 1 II
