    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 A lot of backchat about shifts and managers being off … which as a customer I literally don’t care about. The logistics of your retail stores or disarray of equipment does not concern me as a customer. It’s embarrassing and the store deserves to be shut down.

    @O2 The signal in my local area (home) of HD9 as far as Huddersfield is absolutely abysmal and I can’t even get a solid 4G or 3G connection. Can I ask what’s being done about it? I’m paying a lot of money for a service I cannot use half the time. I need mobile signal. Thanks

    @O2 roaming charges! My daughter took out a contract before moving to Germany for 6 months. She has now been stitched with roaming charges you've introduced. Never would have taken a contract had we known. What an absolute disgrace.

    Wonderful. My @SkyUK broadband is dead due to a fault and my @O2 mobile data 4G signal is utter cack. Blinding. Great. EE is no better either. Awesome.
