Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

@O2 I have to give DPD 5 working days to look for it and if they can't find it a replacement will be sent. Very disappointing service from DPD and as I leave the country on 29th, it doesn't look like I will have my phone before

@O2 Its been a week since ive launched my issue and I still don't have a phone with a contract. My O2 app doesn't work so I can't use the messaging service and I can't have a conversation with someone without them having to consult their superiors. How hard it is to just undo.

@O2 the sales of goods act protects customers who have been sold faulty items or misold products that are not fit the for purpose for which they are sold my phone is just over a month old and Bluetooth doesn't work properly,poor signal and the battery crap #poorcustomerservice
