Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@bri0142 @O2 Lol cancel your contract mate I asked for them to send out a different SIM card to fit a new phone, so they just cancelled my entire service ‘by mistake’ Also got charged £15 for a Samaritans call years ago -“well you should have thought about that before you called”
