@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

If you knew how terrible @CapitaPlc are, you would not be a @O2 customer absolutely shocking the way they treat their staff and all they care about is hitting targets to gain another contract with O2! They do not care about customers. Their staff constantly walk out.

Fraud case raised in November, raised 3 times, told it would be 30 days, 8 emails, 3 letters of complaint, many, many phone calls. @o2 still “not” written to confirm what’s happening..over 15 horrific letters threatening him. @o2 make contact and sort this please.

@O2 hello, I joined o2 but the signal is heavily congested in my area and had to cancel. The signal status 4 months on still says the network is congested. If I give you my postcode are you able to see if work is planned to install new masts? I live in the centre of town

I’ve been an @O2 customer for more than twenty years; longer than they’ve existed in fact - my contract began with BT Genie. I’ve had a tech issue with them for over six months, which they’ve promised to resolve multiple times, and haven’t. I’ve never even received a call back.

So 3 months ago scammers took out mobile phone contracts using my details. After multiple calls with @O2 theres still no resolution - and my credit rating is in the toilet because they they keep reporting this as unpaid. Despite numerous promises/escalations, no progress. Avoid!

@O2 I want to cancel my o2 SIM card that I got as part of virgin media volt package due to price increases. Due to this virgin say I can cancel without fees - including my o2 sim but o2 say I can’t. Please help!
