    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 why do my kids phones not work in Lanzarote? They've had the welcome to Spain texts but they cannot use them, it says COULD NOT ACTIVATE MOBILE DATA NETWORK, YOU ARW NOT SUBSCRIBED TO A MOBILE DATA SERVICE. Cheers

    @O2 struggling to get support. Keep being hung up on as soon as call goes through or line keeps cutting out. Have tried from mobile and landline. Cannot get answer on my o2. Can someone contact me please!!?!

    Anyone else having trouble signing into their @O2 account? Been trying to organise a new phone for ages but everytime I try and log on it never does. OH is the same. Just keeps saying site cant be reached.

    @O2 Why don't you care about your customers o2??? is it company policy to just ignore anyone with a genuine grievance? are all your customer service representatives trainees?
