    @O2 can I ask how long it takes to merge accounts. I called to do this yeserday and was told 24 hours but this has passed and when I called to ask what I was happening with the merge I was told to be patient which I felt was a bit rude.

    @o2 3 days without service, constant sim swaps later, constantly being told it’ll be 24 hours, 3 days or 5 days before it’s fixed. Nothing gets fixed and you continue to charge me for a service I’m not receiving. Time for the @financialombuds
