    Really struggling to get over how stupid the imbeciles at @O2 are. If you want an eSim you have to go into a shop or speak to them and they'll post a QR code through the letterbox several days later. As opposed to a button on the website that just displays one. #idiots

    @QuantumSkyline @O2 15 years ive been with @O2 and it will be the last come March. Doesn’t matter how many times your report poor service either, just ignore you. Plus the 5g coverage is way behind compared to other carriers.

    @O2 hi I supplied my PAC code to O2 on Wednesday. Told my number port from virgin would happen next day. Nothing happened. Told it would happen yesterday Nothing happened. Told it is rebooked for Monday but have received no texts confirming. Can you help?
