Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 @Support_O2Help Why can you never get straight answers from O2. Been chasing up a refund for nearly £1,000 and they blame the bank for the Cheque declining. You’re the company that has issued the cheque due to staff not doing their job probably and cancelling contract.

Hey @o2! How do I log into the app as usual to pay my bills!!! This is insane now! Tried linking the accounts even though I just want to view my bills, check my contracts etc! Why have you messed up the app!! Terrible! Keeps bouncing me to security and I can’t access it!!!
