    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 Surely that is down to you to chase? You sent it with that courier not me, I don't know what courier you used! Why am I wasting my time chasing them? I sent you a perfect phone and that's how it got returned!!

    Lovely gift from @O2 after asking them if using it abroad for long time because of covid would be a problem. What option do I have? I can’t get back to the UK, and you guys want to charge extra for using my phone!

    @o2 thanks for sending me default notices for a fraudulent account set up in my name - and thanks for refusing to put me through to your fraud dept. Crappy service. And thanks for obs not doing due diligence when it came to setting up the accounts in the first place. Sloppy

    Regular travelers which network do you use @O2 are freaking terrible and I’m tired of fighting to keep my phone on while travelling. Which network doesn’t auto stop your phone when roaming leaving you stranded on the reg? #travel #phone

    Honestly @O2 are useless. Been on the phone to them with problems for 3 weeks, multiple times a week😡😡 then to get through to someone today is a nightmare!!

    Morning @O2 hope you are all well. Can you please explain why you are telling everyone you are the best network in the uk when I can barely get a signal in the middle of bracknell town centre as 4g is non existent here
