    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    @kendie @O2 Oh they had better take it seriously, honestly I've never been so humiliated 😥 Glad you're back up and running again but if it happens again then just try taking the sim out and putting it back again. I won't be staying with @O2 once my contract is up now though!

    It is just me or does @O2 phone coverage seem to be getting worse and worse? So many places I go to these days where I have no signal at all where I would expect to, and not as if I'm in the middle of nowhere I'm talking town centres, etc.

    @amy_buey @O2 that is so bad of customer services 😡 I hope you get somewhere with your complaint. I managed find a phone number and I rang off wifi calling and spoke to someone, they said a mast is down locally but bizarrely following the call I'm back on the network again.
