    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

    @O2 why can’t i ever get a signal in Edinburgh city centre specifically at the east end near Waverley station, no nothing. I think I’ll be moving provider, you seem to be getting worse.

    @O2 tried to sort out a new phone S25FE at me local store, CS was useless tried to make a complaint got nowhere, walked into @SamsungUK liverpool one, spoke to Matthew walked out with S26, time to change my mobile provider aswell I think

    @O2 over an hour on your dumb chat and the agent still hasnt got me through security. Talk about slow service! 1 reply every 12 or so mins what the point of having a online chat if its this slow? Im 1h 30mins in and still not help… where are you hiring these people?
