    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 doesn’t take customer complaints seriously. Reported potential data breach and fraudulent case multiple times. If there is no meaningful resolution in the next five days I have to formally report it to the @Ofcom.
