Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 can you please explain what is going on with your phone lines today? That’s twice I have waited in the queue and been answered, then then line just goes silent but the call is still connected. No live chat so I have no way of sorting this issue out!!

@O2 Can you explain why the O2 priority app crashed this morning at 9am when Harry Styles tickets came on sale. So basically the O2 priority service is rubbish. It came back on at 9.15. Strangely all the tickets had gone.

@O2 hey I suddenly can't send any SMS messages, I've got credit but keep getting "can't send message with sim 1 error 69" keep coming up , I've taken the SIM out and put it back in turned off my phone and back on again but it still won't work , please help

I’ve never seen such a disorganised company when it comes to meeting the needs of those with medical conditions. Staff need to be trained and read all messages clearly Absolutely appalling @O2

@O2 don’t ever go with this shambles of a mobile provider again they will never answer you, all day yesterday and this morning trying to get through to them, they have the cheek to take money off us every month and ignoring paying customers.

@O2 @HausofCharlie Crap response it was done on purpose. It was up and running at 9.25 when all the tickets had gone. Amazingly tickets available on resale sites. O2 explain maybe a TV or Radio show might get a response.
