    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    @O2 I was told I could get a second line with a loyalty discount for being a customer for so long. After a couple of months the discount wasn’t applied. I called every month and it was added but then I was told there was no note of it so they wouldn’t apply it anymore...

    @O2 any chance of being able to sign into the website some time this year? Can’t access my payment details on the app and the website just hangs and doesn’t load when I try to sign in. I need to change my payment details for my contracts. This has been ongoing for a while now.

    @O2 just experienced one of the most horrible and pathetic customer service during my last 45 mins of conversation with 9 different people where I was put on hold and transferred multiple times for a simple request
