@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@O2 Absolute joke! Been trying to get on since 9am by using a variety of devices, my o2 log in, virgin log in and still now it is not working! The message has now changed from error to we know there is a problem and we are working on it! You would think you would be more prepared!

@O2 Absolutely shocking, why have a priority service if you’re not giving priority to the members??? Absolute shambles, tickets should not be allowed to be resold as genuine people who want tickets can’t get them coz of greedy wa**ers. Sort this mess out

@O2 What a joke i was trying all day to get 2 tickets and wasn’t able to get on the system and ive rang 02 and they couldn’t help me and said it was down a few hours 🤬🥲 it’s really unfair system, what a waste of a day! Please can someone contact me as i wish to make a complaint!
