Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 can you please tell me why your signal is so poor up and down the uk. I'm forever having to turn aeroplane mode on and off to keep resetting the data signal? The phone line is forever going dead. I'm paying for a service you are not providing. Sort it! Or I stop paying.
