Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

Anyone considering getting @O2 …. Don’t! App errors, live chat goes to a bot that tells you to send a text. Text tells you there’s a problem & to contact them. Back to live chat, tell you that they are connecting you to an advisor, then an hour later, tell you it’s a 1 hr wait

Why do @O2 make it so stupidly hard to verify and log into their own app! I've been a customer for 22 years and I can't use the phone, with the same 22 year old number, to log into my 22 year old account, to decide if I want to upgrade or leave. Maybe I'll just leave.
