Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 so I have 3 accounts with o2 and looking at an upgrade to iPhone 12 in March for 2 of my accounts but it’s cheaper to leave and rejoin or go elsewhere #terrible #noloyality #rubbishdeals

@O2 disappointing customer service! Took 14months worth of money off me when didn’t owe a penny and when they admit their fault only want to pay back 12months! Unnecessary panic caused with a debt collection letter for money I don’t owe! No compassion for stress they caused me!

Love when you are with @O2 and you get extra charges that say 65 pence per minute yet you are on the phone for 10s and get charger £5.54 ! Doesn’t really add up ! #complaint not a happy customer !

@O2 Heh, I really don't learn do I. Upgraded to a new Sony Xperia 5 III and it arrived today. Ironically the fingerprint sensor doesn't work. I've tried all my fingers, and borrowed some from work colleagues. Nothing recognised. I have reset the phone back to scratch and ensured
