    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 - possibly the worst mobile service provider in the world!! Useless customer service, if you can even get through after months, weeks and hours on end trying. Calls always dropped, and that goes for webchat too. Get your act together and respond to PM sent just now!

    @Sam6WHU @forfuksakeali @O2 They just don't care is the answer. They have hundreds of thousands of contracts and garbage systems to manage their customers. The squeaky wheel gets the grease and when the payments stop I bet they'll be in touch

    @Stuey3D @ispreview @O2 If you're out of contract and want a cheaper deal, virgin mobile (for the time being) have some good 30 day sim only deals. They use o2 network, but have said they're going to move everyone from virgin to o2, but will double data for the same price. Worth a look just for that

    @JamiePayner22 @O2 Or when you have 5G and full signal and still can’t open jack sh*t but @O2 still insists charging you £240 + to terminate your contract even though they provide a next to useless service.
