    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 Hi, I am based in Cornwall and am struggling for signal everywhere. For the cost that I pay, it needs to be better. I lose connectivity on calls every few minutes and cannot download with data. I have tried your network help guide and still it hasn’t helped. #o2connectivity

    @O2 hello, I ordered a new phone and contract to pick up today in London. I'm at the store but they can't give me the phone (even though they have 6 in stock) because it hasn't processed on your system. I've tried calling customer service and no luck. Please help!!

    @O2 I am still receiving phone calls from a company called CV the last number they rang from was 0141 489 0715. Any idea who they are? The caller says they are an authorised O2 company. I never deal with third parties my contract is directly with you. Please advise.

    @O2 Got to say your 4g is getting worse and worse especially I'm last few months. Unable to connect more often than not, Plymouth, Devon, Cornwall, Wales and Greater Manchester. Adding virgin mobile customers to an already over subscribed/ congested network not a great idea!
