    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    @virginmedia @O2 I can only assume the reason I’m getting an IDF-12B error is because I’m now using a Sky connection rather than a Virgin one. Same computer, no VPN… Trying to get into my O2 account btw… which support line do I contact?

    @O2 @ajgbarnes My name is seers and I think I’ve been patient enough but fir approx last 6-8 weeks I haven’t been able to phone out or friends phone in I’ve found difficulty in arranging garage appt eye appts etc I live in Clevedon and according to your info the mast has been down
