    @O2 Tried all the suggestions and no difference, still very poor. I’m around 500m away from the mast with no obstructions and only have one bar showing on the signal strength!!!

    @O2 Firstly I haven't got an O2 phone as it never turned up and you have started billing me for it. Secondly, why would I call you for a 6th time..I'll just repeat that, a 6th time, to be told by customer services that they can't see anything as the fraud team have locked the account

    OMG how inept are @O2 called re network issues and trying to get hold of them most of today only to be told "there is a fifteen minute wait"! and then cuts you off 😤 Shocking service, shocking support!!! Have totally had it with @O2 VIP service my foot
