Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

@O2 i first got a sim card for it back in 2021, it never connected in the first place until august 2022 when it first actually connected to a celltower and then stopped the next day

@_SoySaritaa @O2 I spent ages on the phone explaining what the issue was & tried everything they said,they kept saying it was probably my phone & I should upgrade,the call dropped so I called back &was told yes it's an ongoing issue lots of people are having, give it 3 days & it should be fixed..

@KevinPaulJames @bt_uk Yes exact same issue. It actually started yesterday. Went on My BT couldn’t even access help, just sends you round and round their website and back to sales. Used to be great. EE have ruined them. I’m moving to @O2

@O2 totally been lied to, promised a refund never happened, promised a call back never happened rang again and promised a refund again. Customer service is rubbish, It's about the customer not the AHT. 1 call resolution. Get it right first time. So will be calling today 😡😡😡

@O2 what on earth have you done to your App. Absolutely useless since you are now virgin O2. Never had issues accessing the app but now being asked to verify my email address and can then not get in with the verification. Awful!!!! Ditch Virgin and go back to what you had!!!

@O2 So, I'm trying to sign in to my o2 account to pay a bill for a product. Can't do that unless I sign up for ANOTHER account with VMO2. Can't sign up for VMO2 as I do not have an o2 phone number. Also can't link my virgin account as I don't have the account number.

Heyy @O2 — I haven’t been able to use mobile internet, make calls, or send texts for 3 days. Are you planning to do something about this? I can’t see any explanation about the problem, maybe you don’t know but we have a big problem.
