@o2 49 days, 4 live chats, 7 calls - 156 mins, 5 promises a refund has been processed, 2 broken promises of a mgr call. All I want is a refund for my return. At this point I'm ready to take this further if this isn't resolved asap. I've DMd order details. Please sort this out!!

@O2 day two of having no signal in Southampton! The signal checker just says the area is busier than usual? So when am I going to get signal or do I just change providers at the point!
