    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    Hi @O2 I am a business client and waited in line for about 20 mins to speak to a customer service officer, in a few mins he cut the line and now again back on the phone for 10 mins waiting to speak to an officer. Is this your usual service ?? I can't receive text messages 1/2

    @O2 why have you cut off online access to my account? Now I can’t pay my final bill, you’ve made this difficult, just because I decided to leave [due of the appalling & unclear charges I got abroad, and the terrible customer service thereafter.] WARNING! Stay well clear of o2!!

    Restarted the phone, did reset of network nothing. I can't do any work with 2FA authorization without receiving pin nos. Tried sending from other phones not receiving. Can send text out but can't receive so how ?? @O2

    @O2 @maryjanesdesk What a load of crap! Spent 3 hours il never get back trying to get them to adhere to the law and unlock an old hanset! Still no further on but they could sell us a cheap contract!! Beggars belief
