    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 please sort out the broken mast in Yiewsley. Only having the capability to make WiFi calls from home for weeks on end is becoming frustrating!

    @O2 great service. Suddenly receive email out of the blue saying tariff has changed (no warning) and no other info as to price etc and the 202 number cuts off &not working and nor is your normal number. Hang on then crashes! Superb service!

    @O2 hi. My @Plusnet broadband is down. They’re looking into it. In the meantime is there a way to temporarily increase the data on my mobile whilst they fix it.
