@O2 when your network going to actually work In my town. It's very bad to point of 3g must be used while other networks now activated 5g we can't even get proper 4g now and get same old same story from o2 every time

@chrisrumbelow1 @O2 It wouldn't sting as much if investments were made to the network. 4g is slow, 5g is patchy at best. No investments to improve either, any signal issues we're to use WiFi.

@O2 any chance of actually fixing the signal in the Markethill area? 5 weeks now this has been going on and you keep pushing the date for it being fixed back... the fact you are still billing us the full amount is ridiculous saying I can't get any signal!!

@O2 Day 97 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
