    @O2 Another day, and yet another issue of my signal dropping off. Sitting in a coffee shop, can't use my phone without WiFi as apparently it's "emergency calls only" through o2 but EE was 4g+. And yes, I was by the window

    @VMO2News @virginmedia @O2 After Virgin did planned work in my area my landline did not come back on. 7days now. Tech has been out numerous phone calls several on line complaints ignored, No landline. Noone bothers to get in touch. Appalling service. AVOID!

    @virginmedia I have spent several hours already discussing this with your team and the @O2 team. They haven’t figured out how to rectify issue. There is a complaint which is apparently being dealt with but we shall see. Hopefully the negligence with personal information is not more widespread

    No been able to use my phone for 3 weeks unless connected to wifi. Cant be reachable for my kids and cant do my job properly. All because @O2 are changing their towers to 5g. That sounds like an o2 problem as I am paying for a phone I can not use. Is anyone else effected by this?

    @O2 why is my 3G and 4G internet speed soooooo slow? Whenever have a powercut and loose WiFi it is impossible to use the iPhone even with 2 or 3 bars of network coverage!
