@O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

@O2 has cocked up my new upgrade! It's been nearly 48hrs trying to get an issue fixed as I cannot make/receive calls! Spoken to customer services 4 times, been into store & still no luck!! Wouldn't recommend as they clearly don't have a clue what's going on in their own company!!

Never met a more insanely stupid company in all my life. @O2 no service for days and asking when I’m calling from a LANDLINE, to read a code they just sent via TEXT. You do know that NO SERVICE means yeah? As a phone company? Don’t ever take a contract out with o2!!!

@O2 I'm lazy to do more than switch my phone on/off I'm not going to trouble shoot your network deficiencies for you I have been with Virgin happily for 18months & before them Three for years and years My complaint is not based on a one off experience. O2 is consistently poor.
