    @O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    @O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

    @O2 has by far the worst coverage of 4g. It’s a joke always goes down. Like having a phone from 1985. Don’t know why it’s so bad. The amount of money you pay for such a poor service

    @O2 I have to turn my phone on and off all the time to try to get coverage, but it doesn’t always work. It’s not just me having issues either, I know of at least 10 others that can’t use your internet because it’s so poor. Why is this? Are you upgrading systems? Or just not care?

    @O2 & @DHLParcelUK shame on your customer services today, would very much like a response and apology at least ASAP. Have spent hours with O2 shop staff trying to contact someone and getting staff hang up mid conversation. Rude. If your driver has stolen the phone at least admit.
