@O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

Despite claiming Unlimited Data it’s actually not. True, there is an HUGE data allowance 600GBs but we've managed to exceed it. So @O2 cut off one of our critical cellular modems. #Fair 'Top ups' are pricy at £12/GB so we're waiting for the service to renew its monthly allowance.

@O2 The worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking to up on speaking to an advisor he said I was unable to speak with his manager due to social distancing even tho he claimed to have been speaking with them blaming a pandemic for your terrible service just vile and sick

@O2 I've never had a problem with O2 and the partner network GiffGaff in 12 years of being with you both contract and pay & go. I'm verging on leaving now. I want to pay my handset off. That's all.

@StacyD_83 @O2 I had one a couple of weeks ago and as @tescomobile are my network provider I knew something was wrong so I deleted it instantly
