    A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

    @O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 I have dm you. It was about my bill which I ha e been trying to sort with a manager for around 6 weeks. Kept being promised a call back from a manager and never ever received it this was on 4-5 occasions. Now I've been completely shut off o2 and can't even get into my o2 anymore

    @ElaineJackson12 @O2 O2 is terrible, we’re with them too. I don’t get signal when I’m at home. Always missing calls etc as there’s no network 🥴 have to leave my phone in certain areas if I’m expecting a call. Annoying.

    @O2 bought pay as you go sim as going away for a few months, before received got a call to sell me a contract!!. Sim in phone 2 credit cards won't work bank end is ok. Your customer services tells me account issue to sort 3 to 5 days !! No confidence to move main phone over
