Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

@O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

@O2 I need support with my network, I’ve tried everything that the website says, my calls won’t connect and when they do the sound is cracking and poor. Most of people trying to call me can never get through either. This has been happening for months now

@StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

@O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

Pretty bad customer service by @O2. Upgraded to the #TeamPixel 7 Pro after being told I could get a free Pixel watch if I did. Then told after the sale that I didn't purchase it within the promo period so I can't get it! Staff in the shop unwilling to help.

@O2 I've got a fraud case open with your team due to a fraudulent account being created in my name, but I've not heard anything back in weeks. I've raised a complaint but again, nothing back for weeks. I'm now receiving payment demand letters despite the fraud case existing.

How **** have @O2 become? I’m sat in the middle of Altrincham with 3/4 bars and 4g connection and I can’t even do a Google search. Both O2 and @virginmedia have become so poor since they merged, shocking from 2 companies that I have been with for well over 15 years.
