    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 1 hour 30 minutes talking to customer services about an upgrade I done online 3 weeks ago, which I still haven’t received, for them to tell me there’s nothing they can help with because apparently my order doesn’t exist, yet I have received all my legal documents via email 😡

    @O2 I placed an order for upgrade on the 22nd May. I waited 3 weeks for my phone to arrive, since those 3 weeks past I have spoken on the phone with your service employees 8 or 9 times. Every single one not managing to sort my issue. I just want my new phone.

    @virginmedia @O2 For the love of God, pls sort it out! No internet and no phone signal this morning to use as a Hotspot for work. Your own site isn't even working to show there's problems and had to find out via @downdetector - Really unacceptable! 😡

    @O2 is your support just a joke? 4 calls today, line went dead 3 times after explaining everything. 4th time suddenly my account password is wrong despite using it 3 times already. Bet it would work if I wasn’t going to complaints
