@O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

@O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

@bryony_xxx @O2 @GreggsOfficial Greggs and O2 either don’t want to make this issue public or don’t know what the problem is. Something is wrong with the scanners in Greggs which is preventing them being able to accept the o2 codes (presumably they are refusing to type the codes in). Perhaps try being honest??

@O2 The mast at SE15 that is down has been down / intermittent for possibly 5+ years. It always says 'we're working on the mast'. I've asked before, but how long until it's done? Another 5+ years?

@O2 would love to know where my refund is, been promised id have it by now. But of course nothing. This has got to be the worst customer service I have ever received. They ask you to DM them and then take days to reply. And the contact center doesn't know what they are on about..
