    @O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

    @LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

    @StudiniJones @timlukejones @O2 Yep I thought the 13.3.2 update had fixed it but I’ve lost signal again this morning. Had to reboot my phone. I’m on latest update. Pissing me off now. People can’t call or message me until I’ve realised and turned phone off&on

    Dear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

    @O2 No\low signal in WV4 4AD - usually full bars, but for the past 5 days one bar and calls can't be made and using data is sketchy. Can't report things on your coverage map, it says things okay, but no data, cals, etc. - can you send engineer or provide contact details?

    Well this is not great. @O2 called up earlier regarding being unable to use call forwarding, Now looks like my Sim has been deactivated not network or phone network and have message "Sim not provisioned for voice"

    @O2 are absolutely horrendous. The way they treat customers should be illegal. Been on the phone for over 3 hours, been hung up on twice during that time. My problem is still not resolved, and current waiting times to speak to an advisor is 45 minutes. Shambles
