Dimitris A. (@Greekphotoguy) reported from Tottenham, EnglandDear @O2, I've been with you for years. Just upgraded for 3 years. But the fact that I can't take my phone because my European driving license is not acceptable ID is very annoying. It has my photo and name on it. My passport has the same photo! I really don't see the problem.

(@Greekphotoguy) reported from Tottenham, England@LuzDLuna @O2 When I got to the shop to collect the phone and was denied, since a driving license valid across Europe wasn't good enough, I was told the "there are procedures and cameras" and the staff couldn't help because they would get in trouble!

ㄥ乇乂丨乇 (@Atanvarne) reported from Broxbourne District, England@O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

Stevio (@Rothbury01669) reported@JohnTillUK @O2 @Mozilliondotcom I was with EE over 18 years (from the Orange days). When they were bought by BT their renentions deals went up the spout and they wanted £60/month for a new iPhone 13 and that was at a discount. So I requested a PAC code on the website and bought my phone direct from Apple for £36/month over 2 years I moved to Giffgaff (which is 02 but been fine for me). Within an hour of the PAC request a guy from EE phoned me and said, why are you leaving after all these years ..... told him why and he said, we can offer it for £50. I said too late. Even with a £10/month sim deal on Giffgaff it was still cheaper and I never went back and I am still with Giffgaff 5 years later My friend works for Three and he said that legacy customer leaving is a red line for the companies because once you go, you'll never come back and they also know that once the customer discovers they can buy the phone direct from the manufacturer with 24 month 0% terms, it's the end of the line for the working model

Alisdair HamiltonW (@AHWilkes) reportedI'm a loyal customer of @O2 for decades with no intention to leave but with 5 SIMs in the family & a mixture of surreptitious chicanery on tariffs and annual increases I realise I'm paying a big Loyalty Penalty. O2 price discrimination blocks the advertised deal I want😡
-

Jemima Jane (@Mimie_13) reported@O2 I checked the map before adding and all the areas seem to be apparently strong in connection. But I thought you’re supposed to see a satellite symbol when the signal drops but nothing appears and I get E signal or just low connection.
-
Bloss (@llbloss) reported@O2 hi, I received a replacement SIM but all my credit has gone from my account. There was £30-40 credit on there before and it hasn't moved over and I can't see any of it on my account, only new credit that I've topped up. Please can you help. Thanks
