    Idk what's going on with @O2 signal atm, but for the last few weeks I have no data signal around Crystal Palace at all. Doesn't come back till I get down to Sydenham. Weird

    @O2 @Joegreaney Hi I'd just like to add that this is a problem for everyone on 02 and giffgaff in that area and it's because a mast in hither green has been down for 2 years and these crooks hate you enough to ignore it.

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    @tomlister @O2 @O2 reception in Bath is absolutely appalling. Had same issue all week long when was working at theatre there couple of weeks ago. Similar issue following week in Manchester.

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    A tale of two CS agents. @O2 dealt with my issue and O2 Travel quickly and with excellent customer service. @Lustriga who has an IDENTICAL issue is being dismissed constantly and told it's his problem as the agent is refusing to read the conversation.

    @O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

    @Jessica_K_2008 @adamtonydavis @O2 There isn't an issue, people/lots of bots have got on. It's just the servers can only handle so much traffic. It happens with every big-ticket event, but they do nothing about it.

    @O2 Shambles on priority, didn't go down as Peter Kay ticket sales started ,been down since atleast 9am .Unexpected demand ,obviously don't know what you are doing he hasn't toured for 12 years and you put all the ticket dates on sale at the same time .Anyone with common sense ?

    @O2 Still getting the 504 gateway error when trying to log in. Never been logged out of the app before so why now ? Absolute disgrace, this is not “priority”! Tickets already on Viagogo getting resold for extortionate prices ! Quick enough to take our money for a phone bill!
