    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    @O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

    Beginning to regret renewing my contract with O2, their coverage in Chelmsford is awful. My 4G works about 20% of the time. @O2

    @O2 urgent my new provider activated the PAC code provided by you. Their sim card does not work because apparently my device is locked with you. I cannot text you to get it unlocked. Please help asap.

    @O2 the answer to that question is primarily no. I would have to leave Virgin as a HOME customer and then sign up as a business customer? What about my TV package?

    @O2 ...and then when you’re signed up they change your deal to make you worse off. #O2 reducing the friends & family discount for a loyal customer is the last straw for me.. #O2

    @O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

    @O2 @GarethTurpin I appreciate your personal message. However, I now remember why I left you last time, lower than average service, and now a 17.3% total price increase, which is disproportionate and completely knobbish if you ask me. @BBCNews

    @O2 I need support with my network, I’ve tried everything that the website says, my calls won’t connect and when they do the sound is cracking and poor. Most of people trying to call me can never get through either. This has been happening for months now

    2/2 @O2 however was put through to customer services who promised to call back but haven’t and was lied to by Ayaz who said I had used 7GB of data when I haven’t even been able to use 1GB. 6 months this has been going on - could you give me info on legal team please

    @O2 this is laughable. I got an email at 2am today telling me you'd received my order then 2 more at 11am saying my new SIM was on the way. That's the SIM I ordered Tuesday that came Thursday. Activated 1 1/2 days early which deactivated my old SIM leaving me with no service.

    Anyway I still didn’t have a working connection on my watch through @o2 and I like that as a safety feature, especially when running with just my watch after dark. I solved the issue myself, and saved some money, by transferring to Three 8/

    @AXS_UK i purchased 2 ticket for my daughter 3yrs ago for Elton John @O2 4/4/23 using my friends AXS account and now can’t go. I have sold them on her O2 app but cannot get the money as i cannot add PayPal or bank details to her account on AXS or O2. Please help @eltonofficial

    @O2 Day 129 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

    @O2 I have rung customer services 5 times in the last 2 hours and each time people hang up because they cannot solve the problem!!! Please will someone help me !!! I left o2 at the end of Feb and I am receiving bills with extra late payment charge this is unacceptable!!!!!
