    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    @O2 And the award for the worst network of the year award goes to O2. 4 meg on O2s stunning 4G network. Pathetic .

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    @O2 I have done that. It concerns me how they know I am an o2 customer. It strikes me that as this is a very new contract with a completely new number, the only place that they could have obtained that information, is you.

    Got to laugh at @O2 trying to persuade me to upgrade to a higher data tariff when I've been working at home for 10 months and barely touched my current package. If I wasn't in contract for my phone I'd have dropped down, not up!

    Seriously @o2! After years I upgrade my old broken phone and you sneakily take away my international bolt-on (for work) in the fine print! Now you hit this self-employed customer with a surpise £644 charge and the best you can offer is £50 rebate in the time of covid!!
