    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 They are as useful as a fa… in a space suit! I have DM’d as it’s seriously angering me. Full bars, full 4G & phone often unresponsive until you get to an area where the masts are plugged in! Phone is relatively new & fine as it’s been fully tested by Apple. Just appalling signal

    @O2 Not really sure that you can include getting tickets via Priority as a reason to love O2? More like a reason to move to a network that can handle the traffic.

    @O2 I recently switched to your network from @ThreeUK and the service in my town of Renfrew is terrible. Everyone i know on o2 says the same. Do you have plans to improve this or do i need to switch back to my old provider?

    @O2 No it doesn’t show the data used online either. Just the circles with the calls and texts allowances. Same issue as the iOS app.

    @o2 why is your 5G network in Glasgow so poor? At an event at the O2 Academy tonight and your network is barely capable of doing the most basic of internet tasks despite my phone claiming to have a 5G signal.

    @virginmedia @TheBHF @O2 What’s going on in highlands village Enfield, again internet down 4th time in 6 months, sometimes down for a week or 2. No compensation apparently because it’s not just one home. How does that work ???
