@O2 I have done that. I just get that there is no network problem in your area. So it must be normal for O2 to be rubbish .

@O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

@O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

O2 decided to CHARGE me my blue light discount for the past 2 months instead of discounting me. Phoned and the person took the discount off instead of fixing the problem. Been trying to get in contact with @O2 for the last few days to resolve it with no luck! #badcustomerservice

@O2 absolutely shambolic customer service trying to fix issue with credit score. Spoken to 8 customer service agents and 6 hours on phone - issue still unresolved. Staff utterly unhelpful. Will you fix?

Once again dealing with @ee for an improved sim only contract x 4 is fruitless. Decent 20gb 5g 24m deal for £9/month, only for BT broadband customers, **** all for a customer of 12 years. @O2 do 20gb for £8/month ffs

@O2 why has there been no signal on my phone for a few hours now?? This is literally an emergency and you have the nerve to implement a price increase! Consistently being passed around your incompetent customer service! @02 and @virginmedia are a complete joke
