    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    @o2 I ,along with seemingly many others, wish to know why your 4G has been virtually useless over the last week or so please, or better yet, when the service will improve, but you don’t seem to be replying to anyone. Please help.

    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 I have done that. I just get that there is no network problem in your area. So it must be normal for O2 to be rubbish .

    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    @O2 ...and then when you’re signed up they change your deal to make you worse off. #O2 reducing the friends & family discount for a loyal customer is the last straw for me.. #O2

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 Well O2s incompetence never ceases to amaze me. I am a business customer and as O2s network has fallen apart in my town I have been sent a boost box . However O2 are doing system updates and cannot activate it and do not have any timescale when it will be resolved . AVOID O2.

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 @Apple I have 3 contracts with yourselves. I was just trying to renew one contract. I gave up in the end after talking to your customer services. After an hour still got nowhere. Might as well go elsewhere so annoyed 😤

    @O2 help, in Europe and my data isn’t working. I asked for this to be set up on my new contract but it doesn’t seem to be. Tried calling this morning and the automated lady stopped the conversation with “bye”! Not helpful.

    @Willm1975 @O2 Did consider it, but O2 works well the moment I leave home. Will def think about jumping ship when contract expires. Annoyingly they have little 3G basestations you can plug into your router to fix it.. but commercial users only 😢

    3 phonecalls and 2 instore trips to @O2 to get a sim card sorted and still no joy! Any chance of some help before I have to make a third trip to store @O2 extremely frustrating 😑

    @O2 As a company we all use O2, however for the last 2 months we haven’t had a consistent or strong signal at any point? Called up many times to no success. @EE Can you advise how we move our entire team across to your service? Cheers

    @HubNutVids @Bravo_10_Bravo @O2 When you are out and about a lot I think it probably has to be Vodafone or EE these days. Neither is particularly cheap now mind, in my experience & EE customer services were pretty inadequate last I tried. A long time has passed since the good old early days of Orange.
