    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 Took out a new IPhone contract back in November. No problems paying but I wanted to add a Apple Watch on the account. O2 keep on cancelling the order even though I pass the credit check.

    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 @virginmedia It seems like Virgin have applied my Volt benefits but 02 haven’t, I’ve tried speaking to 02 customer services about this but the only people who were helpful were the virgin media customer service team who sorted it. 02 don’t even seem to know about this when I ask…
