@O2 I need support with my network, I’ve tried everything that the website says, my calls won’t connect and when they do the sound is cracking and poor. Most of people trying to call me can never get through either. This has been happening for months now

@O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

Upgrade or cancel with @O2? UPDATE 2/2 …And the deal in @O2 was literally £20 more per month. I think they’re having a laugh. Seems like they don’t want my upfront device payment. And don’t want my 36 month contract. Luxury to be able to ignore customers wanting to pay.

@O2 Now it’s saying a mast is down and we’ll get updated by the 9th Feb, not that it’ll be repaired by then! We’ll just be updated, which hasn’t happened previously. So a month of no service, no communication and no apology Please send me a copy of your formal complaints procedure

@O2 Day 76 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
