    @O2 Sounds easy doesn’t it!! Every call is from a different number, it wears me down, in excess of 20 yesterday all blocked & inadvertently called a couple back in error trying to block late at night with brain fog. So cross!!

    @O2 ...and then when you’re signed up they change your deal to make you worse off. #O2 reducing the friends & family discount for a loyal customer is the last straw for me.. #O2

    @O2 I will be - I haven’t yet. I moved to O2. My number ported in and worked. 3 hours later service died and never resumed. Port team said they’d fix it and they haven’t. So I still have no service with O2. I’ll be giving my PAC back to EE on Monday to send the number back 1/2

    @O2 @Apple my phone says no caller id when anyone rings me. It sometimes resolves with. Reboot. I’ve tried network settings, software updated and factory reset. Any ideas?!

    @djmhenry @O2 They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “syncunlocks” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @a8ree @O2 Any improvement? We had issues with our new broadband and it took 3 weeks to sort after having a 20m Ethernet running up the stairs 😡

    @O2 somehow you've made your customer service even worse! I'm stuck in new zealand with a locked phone and a code that doesn't work. And your customer service keep giving me half answers, and then saying I need to recontact you during work hours!

    As a special treat for my birthday @O2 have deactivated my sim so I can order an esim, but now I can't receive a text to verify my phone and activate the esim. The earliest they can get me a new sim is 3 working days. This is a known issue and they are still allowing orders.

    @O2 It doesn’t matter what time of the day or where I am .. the “ offer” is ALWAYS sold out or no longer available!! Never had this issue with Cafe Nero

    @O2 a customer sale called me on an offer free 3month unlimited text and data After l could opt out , she said it would be easier too set up direct debit . The sim was delivered too my home but l didn't use the sim. Cancelled my direct debit. got a letter today saying 658 debt.

    @O2 just tried to claim the O2 priority reward for a breakfast roll in greggs however after trying 4 stores not one has any omelette (vegetarian) - not an O2 issue but it’s poor to offer one per group as unable to claim the vegetarian sausage roll instead.
