@O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

@O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

@O2 thoroughly disappointed in your international support O2. Can't reach anyone on the support chat function, can't get anyone online and shocked to see a charge of £42 when I already had the bolt on - £42 by the way for 10 minutes of data that came in before your text message!
