@O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

@O2 Well O2s incompetence never ceases to amaze me. I am a business customer and as O2s network has fallen apart in my town I have been sent a boost box . However O2 are doing system updates and cannot activate it and do not have any timescale when it will be resolved . AVOID O2.

@O2 worst news I’ve had all year- the best mobile provider (O2) has joined forces with the worst ( Virgin media). I fully expect Virgin media to drag down O2 - great shame as i have been with O2 for years and they have been great - complete opposite of Virgin !

@O2 You are consistently the worst performer of all UK networks, so who cares what the actual figure you claim to invest is? My work phone is on O2 and I’m fed up of non-existent or slow data coverage.

@O2 i cannot access my account via my phone. It doesn't recognise my mobile number! I want to know how much it will cost to terminate my contract. The merger with Virgin Media has taken place & I no longer wish to be an O2 customer.
