    @O2 I need to cancel a phone contract, but the number you say to cal (202) has massive queues. Is there any other way I can cancel, or do you make it hard on purpose in order to deter people from leaving? Thanks

    So @O2 your customer agent told me that a manager will call me within the next 24 hours. But the moment the call ended, you decided to cut off the service on my Sim. So how does your manager plan on calling me?

    @O2 I have not been able to login to my o2 priority all day as the codes you have sent me are apparently invalid. Now, it is saying I’ve reached my code limit. How can I fix this?

    @o2 Train from Plymouth to Birmingham. 4 hour journey, for no more than 20 minutes of the journey was there a usable signal on either of my phones (one Apple, one Android). Not really sure if there are network faults or just minimal coverage, either way it's very poor.

    Dodgy phone signal in @sainsburys today, "use the @O2 WiFi" the smartshop app says. I click through to register. "Now enter the code we've just sent you via SMS"... Surely someone understands why this is stupid?
