@O2 Well O2s incompetence never ceases to amaze me. I am a business customer and as O2s network has fallen apart in my town I have been sent a boost box . However O2 are doing system updates and cannot activate it and do not have any timescale when it will be resolved . AVOID O2.

@O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

@O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

Had a helpful bloke from @O2 sending me a new sim card as my phone network isn’t working. But having no working network for days on end when self employed & with Parents shielding isn’t good enough. No reduction on what I pay either.Apparently the network is very busy...Terrible

@O2 you need to sort your customer service lines out. 40 minutes wait to get through to someone then get cut off when speaking to them, second time 53 minute wait to have the same thing happen again!!! I have better things to do on my Sunday afternoon...yes even in a lockdown!!!
