    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    @O2 I have done that. I just get that there is no network problem in your area. So it must be normal for O2 to be rubbish .

    @O2 Well O2s incompetence never ceases to amaze me. I am a business customer and as O2s network has fallen apart in my town I have been sent a boost box . However O2 are doing system updates and cannot activate it and do not have any timescale when it will be resolved . AVOID O2.

    @O2 I think you and@vodafone have both the worst network in the country. Given up trying to use both your networks. Just can never get above 1.5 meg download speeds.

    @haydngrey @O2 The land for Motorway service stations like Birchanger Green Services was compulsory purchased...Now Parking-Parasites stop you getting proper rest there. "Tiredness Kills"! ... killed countless British motorists!

    @Ofcom It’s because @O2 network is so congested that you can’t even make a phone call without it sounding like the fast food order from Wayne’s World let alone use data. It’s also now effecting 5G too and that’s supposedly the saviour of mobile data.

    This evening my @O2 simcard has suddenly gone to "not provisioned for voice" and now I have no signal or data. All online guidance requires a text or phone call, which I can't do. I'm gonna try live chat in the morning, hopefully no emergencies happen in that time!

    @O2 It’s congestion nothing can be done until you buy more spectrum & put up more masts. This was the case on 3 separate iPhones too. 2 weeks ago Wellingborough had signal but 0 throughput, & Moulton NN3 7 has become progressively worse & the worst thing about that is Moulton has 5G!
