Ni'm heading to @O2 shop to cancel the WiFi hub. Touch and go whether I cancel the phone which is due for upgraded anyway. Not the first time I've had difficulty with O2 and no sensible access to customer service.

Genuinely annoyed that the contact between @O2 and @CPWTweets has ended, I actually made the point of changing from o2 direct to o2 under carphone warehouse because how poor the customer service was at @O2.. For the first time in 10 years I may be swapping network next year

@O2 There is nowhere on your website or on correspondence a customer service phone number where this can be sorted. That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.

If you have any sense at all don’t use @O2 !You call no one can locate your account after you paying it all off in august 2022 but they have now referred my account to a debt agency but they can’t prove I am due them money! Advise your solicitor will call & the managers Hang up!

@O2 went in my local 02 store to tell them it's taking me forever to get connected to any call. Just to be told that there's a problem with a mast and once that's fixed everything should be ok... Poor excuse if ever I have heard one. Not once did he ask where I live???????
