@O2 hi, I find it hard to locate the calendar ~ the one with different doors you open on-line and their are different offers each day? Everytime I leave the app then go back I find it next to impossible to locate?? Any tips?? Links?? I have no issues with anything else.

So @O2 was told last Tuesday account would be refunded in 72 hours, that expired 74 hours ago... can't get hold of customer services as line says "we tried to get hold of you but were unable to do so, don't worry we will try again" and hangs up on me...

@o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly £1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

@simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!

@O2 1st operator said go to store 0 help, 2nd operator never noticed my acct was not active so the number swap the operator arranged got cancelled, 3rd operator sorted my acct but not transfer of old number from 3, total time spent on 3 calls and 1 shop visit = maybe 5-6 hrs

@O2 by far and cannot emphasise enough how poor o2 have gone. 1 month of calling, no responses. No complaints logged for me, still charging me and no help. Hours wasted and money and time. There must be a way to escalate @ofgem
