Not sure how or why but itโs bad because they told her it was her sending picture messages off the WiFi and didnโt tell her itโs a scam. They even have an link to check premium numbers on the bill so Iโm almost positive the call handlers knew it wasnโt my mum doing this herself and it says received texts and not ones she had sent!
