BearB00- COMMISSIONS OPEN! (@Bear18586) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

-
Alison Hardie (@AlisonIHardie) reported from Kirkintilloch, Scotland@simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!
-
Andrew (@AMontguire) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 I need help with a plan I have with you the monthly payment isnโt what I signed up for
-
Niall Fitzgerald (@FitzerOfGlasgow) reported from Barrhead, Scotland@O2 Contacted O2 several times now. Different timescale given each time. 'Another team will investigate and get back to you'. Meanwhile the damage to our business and family life gets worse. Wish we had never heard of O2

๏ผญ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ๏ฝ ๐พ๐ช๐ซ (@Morgan7MJ) reportedSignal just gets worse and worse in the UK, in Chester train station atm and what used to work not too bad isnโt working at all and Iโm on 4G full bars and nothing is loading or working. Itโs pretty bad considering a place like Chester @O2

GingaGill๐๐ฉ๐ปโ๐๐ท ๎จ (@GingaGill) reported@SarahLudford @virginmedia @O2 Yepโฆsadly the service has declined since the two companies merged. They blocked my account for weeks for โ security reasonsโ. ( I had changed pw & looking for new deals) No one seemed unable to unblock it. Took several phone calls/DMโs/ emails etc.
-
Colm Nugent (@Wigapedia) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE At what point in time did mobile phone company investment get diverted to upgrade bike lanes? This is like complaining about the vegetable selection in Tesco being terrible, while care homes are underfunded. Tom apparently doesn't understand how a modern economy works.
-
John Kirby (@csljohnkirby) reported@O2 are the worst communication in Europe without question, every month I waste hours on the phone to them, and they LIE
-
Ellie Winters (@N104AP) reported@Marooned_Sailor @O2 @Ofcom the issue with mmwave is whilst the bands were recently auctioned, theres another thing stopping the mmwave rollout which doesnt even have anything to do with the carriers, device manufacturers keep making it US exclusive, with international models not having it, so then the carriers dont build the infrastructure, so then the companies dont ship mmwave hardware, and it just goes in circles i dont think we'll ever have mmwave in this country at this rate

แชแฉแฏE (@Jaxstad) reported@O2 Why have an automated service that doesn't work?! Puts customers right off
