I don't want to be tied in for 3 years so looking for a shorter contact or will leave you after 20 years of being a customer. Thanks.

Stephen O'Donnell (@steve5424) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@apakula @O2 I can't speak for them personally, however most contract T&Cs do state that after the minimum term ends its up to the customer to make contact and give notice. If its been years and you've not been looking at your bank then it's not their fault. Partial refund as goodwill maybe.

Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.
