Have the PAC so you would imagine it would be straightforward, but no, it's seems transferring within the network makes things harder. 3 days on and nothing.

On the phone you get told to press this number then another but then the recorded voice says you can look up your questions on line Thank You for Calling then cuts you off. Also tried the on line assistant but no reply. Utter rubbish

To use it I have to break lockdown and find a mast that actually works. This is 2021 in a First World nation. O2 are seemingly in the stoneage.

She also had an I watch she has paid off the iwatch contract is still not able to keep her old number, you have multiple numbers etc this isn't true help
