@O2 Day 31 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 @SamsungHelpUK @TSScot Watch was set up in store, esim was swapped, staff had no answer. Just how the watch is still available for sale when it doesn't do what it's advertised to is beyond me, worse that O2/Samsung are aware of this issue! Appalling. S’thing needs to be done

@O2 @SamsungHelpUK @TSScot Bought the Galaxy Watch 5 4G 44mm from O2. Turns out you can't actually make calls on the watch despite advertising it can. Store staff couldn't resolve it. Google search suggests it's a common problem & yet the watch is still available for sale !!
