    Genuinely annoyed that the contact between @O2 and @CPWTweets has ended, I actually made the point of changing from o2 direct to o2 under carphone warehouse because how poor the customer service was at @O2.. For the first time in 10 years I may be swapping network next year

    @O2 I'm looking to upgrade (due on Tuesday) but I can't seem to see anything that suits & I can't get through to anyone from customer service about this plus you's have ceased dealing with the Carphone Warehouse, I'm beginning to feel stuck & perhaps might need to move network 🤔

    @O2 due to recent issues would get changed 31st. Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasn’t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasn’t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

    @O2 My only christmas present I actually want this year is to move to a new phone provider. O2 I have been a dedicated customer to you for years. However I have come to the end of my patience with paying money for zero signal. K thanks.

    @O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

    @O2 my dad is away to gran Canaria this morning and he can't use his data I called O2 last night to tell them he turned on his data roaming and mobile data still not working help am paying 02 for 3 devices not happy

    @O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems it’s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

    @O2 I'm in Kenya which you don't have an agreement with and are charging astronomical prices but I cannot get through to anyone for help!!! Is there anyone answering the phone? It's shoddy service. My son is trying and on hold. I hope he is NOT charged for that..

    @MichaelsTecTalk @O2 Yeah, but it’s definitely time to switch. I’ve been with them for probably 10+ years now and the service has progressively got worse and worse. I can’t even hold a phone call without it cutting out in or around my house. (And I live in a built up area)
