    Hey @O2 can you help? I got an email saying to view my bill, but as a new customer who hasn't received handset & I dont have a phone no yet (ordered online) I can't sign up or access your services. Also you have "shut down (y)our email support service" apparently any suggestions?

    @O2 I joined O2 this week and encouraged my wife to do the same. You have now screwed up her number port causing havoc in her business, damaging her livelihood and causing upset to vulnerable family we care for. Advisors just make baseless promises and lie when we call. #Fail

    @apakula @O2 Perhaps I've experienced both sides of the situation as a customer and an employee dealing with such things. The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.

    @o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly ยฃ1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

    @RobWilson_RW @O2 Thanks Rob for the advice, never had any issue before and had rather just refunded me in the 7 days they said it would be sorted, they have even accepted the error that's what's annoying more than anything

    @O2 actually think itโ€™s acceptable to offer me ยฃ10 โ€˜compensationโ€™ for having no service from my work for 5 weeks!! Safe to say I declined. Contract up next month anyway @O2CxFb

    @O2 @Ticketmaster @TicketmasterUK please help me out. i bought Olivia Rodrigo tickets via the ticketmaster account, when I try to log in on the o2 app in the โ€œmy ticketsโ€ tab it says that my account is incorrect, although I created the account with the same e-mail and everything.

    @O2 why do I waste my time. Being loyal to a network that I can't trust to work when I need it... Been having this problem for years.. complain a couple of years ago and got feed some BS from your customer service team.. just not good enough... Obviously loyalty means nothing ๐Ÿ˜ก
