    @o2 absolutely shocking customer service... overcharged on bill by nearly ยฃ1800 and been trying to get money back. O2 have admitted error but to date have been unable to get refund. Another 45 mins on phone today and still cannot tell me when money is coming back.

    @StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

    Well having a mare with @O2 and @SamsungMobile promotion if you pre-order a Samsung s10 + you got ear buds. 30 days for delivery which was fine, that's came and went and second email saying further 10 days that's also about up and Samsung bumping blame to promotions. Service ๐Ÿ‘Ž

    I wish this was a dream but... Has anyone else been told by @O2 that the reason their new @SamsungUK phone which was due to be delivered tomorrow is no longer in stock because the manufacturer wants to check overheating and sound issues before sending? No? Just me?

    So @o2 still cannot get through to customer services, still saying someone will phone me back, now a week since I was last able to speak to a person.your chat bot says someone will be in touch in 24 hours, that was 2 days ago

    @RedRosesRugby @O2 I'm still worried about not having a powerful ball carrying 12. Without one defences can safely drift and cut off space out wide. Rowley is not a 12 despite all of her talent. Shame Emma Orr is injured, as the Scottish backline could cause problems in that area. ๐Ÿข๐Ÿ’จ
