    @O2 Customer Service adviser, Callum in Ayrshire, deserves a pay rise. He was very helpful and friendly. Fingers crossed he has sorted the issue that two other advisers didn't.

    @O2 @robashcroft1 I’m in the same areas with the inclusion of Warrington. I’ve not got a 5G ready phone, all my mates that do have no issues with signal. Clearly prioritising 5G over 4G and gaslighting everyone with pointless tips that don’t work @O2

    @O2 Hi, unless you are able to apply the discount at the purchase then there is no point of a DM. When entering into a new contract I want that agreed & set in stone at the start. Bit late for me and my 3 contracts but maybe 1 for you to review for the future to help other customers.

    Enough is enough, @O2. You put my bill up 10.7% in April yet I’m getting woeful 4G signal wherever I go (even with full bars). Everyone I know with a 5G ready phone has no issues. Stop gaslighting everyone and just tell the truth and start refunding for your lack of service! #o2

    @O2 I have been a loyal customer since the late-2000s (first with #PayAsYouGo, then on contract), but I will have to withdraw from the contract given how you treat the customers who live in-between Europe and the UK. Your '#FairUsagePolicy', is nothing more than a way to
