Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Auchterderran and nearby locations:

  • wayne_0405 Wayne Spence (@wayne_0405) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@O2 The black model. As long existing customer, +12 years, can you provide me a nice case for it 😉

  • ghiribizzo Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Glenrothes, Scotland

@O2 I doubt if your service could be worse. 14 days without data, stores closed, no email support or live chat, calls to 202 all fail - over 20+.

  • JacquelineMcdi1 Jacqueline mcdiarmid (@JacquelineMcdi1) reported from Crossgates, Scotland

@O2 your customer services are pathetic. 40 mins to answer and still unable to solve my issues. Change of net work for me

  • staceyAgraham Stacey A Graham (@staceyAgraham) reported from Lochgelly, Scotland

@O2 looking for help with a new sim

  • ghiribizzo Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Freuchie, Scotland

@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

  • Macgumerait Lee Montgomery (@Macgumerait) reported from Oakley, Scotland

@StagecoachEScot @O2 A case by case basis suggests this is down to driver discretion. That discretion resulted in me being denied entry despite explaining the circumstances. Common sense would state the ticket expiry counter, not requiring internet access, running down, would warrant entry 2/2

  • ghiribizzo Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Freuchie, Scotland

@O2 That guide is useless. Somewhere, mine and hundreds of others’ use of 4G has been stopped. It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

  • IanDavitt Ian Gordon Davitt (@IanDavitt) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@O2 Customer for seventeen years, mis-sold a device I didn’t need and exorbitantly charged for it without my knowledge. O2 are despicable, when my contract ends, I’m going to a company that rewards loyalty, not take advantage of it.

  • edlaw230 Karl Law (@edlaw230) reported

@O2 Your site has been down all day, how can you have sold out of tickets if no one can access the site, absolute joke

  • antealach andy sinclair (@antealach) reported

@O2 Into sale within 5 mins of 10am - feeling optimistic. Asked for 4 tickets only to be told no tickets available (glasgow fri 5/5). Thought it must be an error. Got back in a few times over the next few hours only to be told none available / hanging website / 1 ticket. Poor stuff

  • floatliner JFT97 🙏🏻 (@floatliner) reported

    @O2 useless **** of a network

  • donsamcla Donna Clarke (@donsamcla) reported

No wonder Peter Kay tickets for @O2 priority sold out even though their crap app wouldn't let anyone on, maybe it's the allowing people to buy up to 10 tickets and then selling them on viagogo for up to five times the price.
