@O2 what an absolute joke of a service. Set up a payment plan and pay it on time just to be repeatedly disconnected. Speak to payment management 3 times in 1 week to make sure you don’t get barred….and yet again , services barred!

@O2 @o2 for a comms company you are very difficult to speak to. Tried to call you 3 times today and each time you said you were too busy and cut me off. Terrible customer service. "We're O2. We’re available 7am-10pm (8am-8pm weekends) and 24/7" bullshit
