@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

Great customer service @O2. Rang 4 times regarding paying for mobile data on my Apple Watch and not being able to use it and have been hung up on 4 times after speaking to someone who will ‘transfer’ me to someone else 🙄🙄🙄🙄

@O2 location services are not working on my kids phones since I asked for the age restrictions to be put on to prevent access to explicit material. I’ve put on hold for 15 minutes then transferred and cut off

@O2 you escalated my issue. To call me back. I asked you to leave me a number as I have no signal! To just receive a text that sends me to a unhelpful link! Terrible customer service
