@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

@O2 rung up to say I was leaving during my cooling off period due to no data ANYWHERE as per txt I received when I got my PAC. Next thing I know I’ve been disconnected so no service. You absolute ARSEHOLES. Signed up to @VodafoneUK. Please confirm I can still transfer my number!

@O2 have you got a number for referrals thats not 0800 as I got a email to call them about an order but I am deaf and use the relay app and 0800 doesn't work on it thanks
