It is not a phone issue nor is it a network signal issue. If it continues much longer I’ll be going to another network as I cannot use the phone apart from on WiFi.

Ian Macdonald 🇪🇺🏴 🕷 (@ghiribizzo) reported from Freuchie, Scotland@O2 Day 4, O2. Still no 4G on phone. Email support is cancelled (you say) and live chat is never available in the app. As a key worker I’m still at work and can’t phone you to be put on hold for 45 mins or longer.

Sean Barrett (@SeanRBarrett) reported@monzo Thanks, I tried the chat option but it was just the AI assistant that wasn’t much help. Have since googled it and see you’re using the O2 network. Unfortunately in the 6yrs since I left @O2 they’ve still not brought 5G to west wales.! Which is a deal breaker.

Nathaniel Wong (@wong_natha) reported@O2 must be the worst network. People said 3 is bad. 3 is hundred times better compares to #O2. Travelled to Swansea for 3 days and didn’t manage to get any good signal half of the time. At one stage I was connected to Edge.
