    @O2 5G is garbage, whenever my phone picks up a 5G signal (normally in Glasgow) the performance drops like a stone!

    @apakula @O2 Perhaps I've experienced both sides of the situation as a customer and an employee dealing with such things. The network I worked for as much as there were processes to follow things were mostly left to us to decided the outcome as we were top teir complaints.

    @O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

    @O2 My phone hasn't physically broken. It's faulted, as many other P30 pro users have experienced after an update. I need the use of my phone. This is a fault due to Huawei.

    @O2 What is the repairs process? I need my phone for banking etc, how would I go about getting a replacement? I'm happy with the phone apart from. This issue. As a long term o2 customer I'd expect a little help.

    @RobWilson_RW @O2 Thanks Rob for the advice, never had any issue before and had rather just refunded me in the 7 days they said it would be sorted, they have even accepted the error that's what's annoying more than anything

    @O2 My only christmas present I actually want this year is to move to a new phone provider. O2 I have been a dedicated customer to you for years. However I have come to the end of my patience with paying money for zero signal. K thanks.

    @O2 @ad_moran4 ๐Ÿ’ฏ stay away from O2, signal is woeful everywhere. Sort your deal out with EE, you will regret it if you go to O2. I had loads of issues and raised incident tickets and they just kept saying there was nothing wrong. Useless network

    @O2 We have NO coverage at all. It is causing problems with our alarm system. People working in the house and garden canโ€™t make calls. It seems particularly bad in and around our house. Can an engineer please come to inspect?

    @O2 Thanks for replying, ive spent 3 hours on hold, to nobody, no information. Ive decided that due to the pathetic signal I get with o2 coupled with the fact nobody will speak to me as a human to cancel all 5 contracts as they end the worst service of any uk provider ive experienced
