    @O2 still nothing from you regarding my wife’s lost fone (3 weeks now) & still ringing out on helpline (Over 30 mins then cuts out) this is beyond shoddy for a network provider..we only need verified proof that her fone/SIM card were blocked!!!!

    went to #onblackheath & #SummerSessions gigs & both times @O2 signal terrible, uses up most of data trying to send a text.Think time change

    @O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

    @O2 my dad is away to gran Canaria this morning and he can't use his data I called O2 last night to tell them he turned on his data roaming and mobile data still not working help am paying 02 for 3 devices not happy

    @O2 due to recent issues would get changed 31st. Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasn’t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasn’t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

    @O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems it’s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

    @O2 Hi I upgraded my phone to iPhone 13 plus on Saturday. Until now, Wednesday, the new SIM card still not working. Old SIM card also not working anymore. Now I have no phone to call and use on my daily business and in case of emergency!
