    @O2 Had to call 202 in the end, but they sorted it straight away. Sadly it seems it’s a well known problem: tariff upgrade gets a default data bolt-on, not the iPhone flavour, causing VVM to fail. Adding the iPhone bolt-on fixes it almost instantly. Sorted now, until next time.

    @O2 I'm looking to upgrade (due on Tuesday) but I can't seem to see anything that suits & I can't get through to anyone from customer service about this plus you's have ceased dealing with the Carphone Warehouse, I'm beginning to feel stuck & perhaps might need to move network 🤔

    @O2 I understand that you're trying to help. But I'm paying money for 4G. I shouldn't have to downgrade to 3G. Other providers from my understanding do not have this issue. But the same people on o2 have same issues as me.

    @O2 due to recent issues would get changed 31st. Then 1st of April no access to any network/no numbers working (new number wasn’t working and the old one she was getting changed over to wasn’t working) so phoned 02 and waited nearly 2 hours to get through and was told 24 hours

    @O2 my dad is away to gran Canaria this morning and he can't use his data I called O2 last night to tell them he turned on his data roaming and mobile data still not working help am paying 02 for 3 devices not happy

    went to #onblackheath & #SummerSessions gigs & both times @O2 signal terrible, uses up most of data trying to send a text.Think time change

    @O2 still nothing from you regarding my wife’s lost fone (3 weeks now) & still ringing out on helpline (Over 30 mins then cuts out) this is beyond shoddy for a network provider..we only need verified proof that her fone/SIM card were blocked!!!!

    @O2 My only christmas present I actually want this year is to move to a new phone provider. O2 I have been a dedicated customer to you for years. However I have come to the end of my patience with paying money for zero signal. K thanks.

    @O2 now into the 3rd week of missing data. How can 15mb just vanish from your account. 3 calls and no further forward. May be time to change network @VodafoneUK may be getting a new customer soon 📲🙃 @O2 help please

    Just had to increase my @O2 data allowance cos my @virginmedia is so bad my phone switches to mobile data all the time.

    @virginmedia @O2 The issue is with Virgin. I was told number porting will be seamless. Then when number got "deactivated", I was told Virgin will order new sim with o2 and then number will be ported. I was told it will take 3 weeks. I have contacted after more than 3 weeks..as didnt hear anything

    @O2 Just data. Tried manual network selection - no difference. But came back this morning (and with great 5G speeds from @COSMOTE). Fingers crossed it was a temporary network glitch!

    @O2 can you please look at the signal in Liverpool near sir Thomas Street bus stops, the phones say that the signal is max 4g but we are not able to get any form of Internet service there.

    @O2 please fix your data!!! Paying for something that doesn’t even work!!! Signal is shocking no matter where you are. Absolutely nothing loads or refreshes. Fix it !!!

    @O2 Both, always both. A text message won’t even send. Even though it says i have signal/4G. I can assure you it definitely does not work.

    @DeputyGrocott @O2 Yes. Tell them when you go in. You have to give proof and they want you to do it via text but I can never get code to work.

    @O2 I have the Travel inclusive add on as part of my contract. Never had an issue before, but landed in USA yesterday and it’s telling me if I want data I have to pay £6 per day. My app says my add on is active. Is the text a mistake?
