  The customer service I have had the last 2 weeks from @O2 has been absolutely shocking. Disabled mum has been without a phone for 9 days now and getting no help when I call. ABSOLUTELY shocking service especially when we need to have a mobile for my mum! #Disgraceful

  @O2 Cannot thank manager Chris & the rest of his team at the Falkirk store enough. Went above & beyond all my expectations, provided amazing customer service & genuinely left me feeling like they truly cared about me as a customer. Very happy, will certainly return to store again

  Been trying for 3 days to pay an @O2 bill using an @n26 @N26_Support card. Something to do with a German address format that it won’t accept payment. I’m in the UK... please fix. Tried multiple times .

  @O2 Hi, unless you are able to apply the discount at the purchase then there is no point of a DM. When entering into a new contract I want that agreed & set in stone at the start. Bit late for me and my 3 contracts but maybe 1 for you to review for the future to help other customers.

  @O2 this was my 3rd call and I am jot waiting again another month for you to not give me the money off my bill. So I asked for my complaint to be raised. To which she said she will raise an EOD I know what this means you close it down like you've resolved it and this isn't..

  @bmay @O2 Feel for you. I've found in the past to try and phone about 7.30 or 8am. Or press the number that says 'I want to cancel my subscription.' That sometimes helps. Anyway that's Virgin for you, also crappy customer service btw)

  @O2 I called yesterday and explained why hasn't a manager called me to be told I will send the manager a message snd he will get back to you, no one has. Awful service, disgusting how you have dealt or not dealt with should I say. I do not any part of this awful company anymore.
