The customer service I have had the last 2 weeks from @O2 has been absolutely shocking. Disabled mum has been without a phone for 9 days now and getting no help when I call. ABSOLUTELY shocking service especially when we need to have a mobile for my mum! #Disgraceful

So I saw the Pixel 5 was in stock on @o2 so as it’s payday I paid off my device plan early to treat myself to an upgrade. After waiting several hours they tell me it’s out of stock and 6 week wait. Spoke to online chat asking if I could collect in store on Monday instead because

@O2 I think nearly 2 weeks without any form of service nor signal because of a simple number change that appears no where near resolving has gone beyond a fault free service. Once my contract ends next month I'll be switching provider after 12 years!

@O2 why do I keep getting emails from O2 billing me for a sim card that I have never used and cancelled by phone? The person I spoke to advised me to cancel the direct debit, which I did, and refunded me for the first bill, but still they keep coming!
