Johnny Main (@ajohnmain) reported from East Kilbride, Scotland@O2 Hi, just wondering if there are any monthly contracts for less than 36 months as seems to be the norm on your website. I don't want to be tied in for 3 years so looking for a shorter contact or will leave you after 20 years of being a customer. Thanks.

-
Alison Hardie (@AlisonIHardie) reported from Kirkintilloch, Scotland@simonhouston68 @O2 I reckon u need to get them to accept your messages are a complaint, insist they treat it as one and then ask them when they 'started the clock' in terms of issuing you with a deadlock letter. Get that and then take it to Ofcom. Sounds utterly ridiculous to credit you, not repay!
-
Miss Grundy (@Miss_Grundy94) reported from Alexandria, Scotland@O2 is there any reason why my signal has been so poor for the last week or so? I’m in the G83 area in the west of Scotland. It’s becoming impossible to use my phone to make phone calls now.

-
Cathcart Boy (@cathcartboy) reported from Newton Mearns, Scotland@O2 There is nowhere on your website or on correspondence a customer service phone number where this can be sorted. That is frustrating. To issue default notices when the account is net clear is a disgrace. Please DM with a phone number where I can resolve this.
-
Martin Robertson (@Haggisthelord) reported from Glasgow, Scotland@O2 It's blurry from 1x to 5x. Anything under and over works. The super Macro works.
