@O2 Hi o2, The number transferred this morning but I didn't get any emails or text to confirm. But since late morning (I think), I've had no signal at all. Can't call, text or use mobile data. I have restarted my phone but that hasn't helped. It's been a disappointing first week.

Official reply from complaints @o2 is that as I live in a highly populous area (48k) I should be happy with my level of service (non existent) and switch to 3G to call when out and about (phasing out) or use wifi calling (which you don’t have when out and about) 🤡

@O2 why is it so ridiculously hard to send texts/data tonight???? Sort it out a week to do ‘maintenance’ is ridiculous. Leaving customers unable to use phones. Hope you’ll at least be knocking something off bills given all the trouble
