@O2 Hi, I'm in the USA roaming, was told by O2 when calling a local number in the USA to enter the number as shown. This does not work and not a phone issue. Was told by O2 to reset network settings but this will reset WiFi settings too. Please advise.

@O2 I appreciate that, and I really do understand that this isn't your fault. But it remains an absolute p***take to charge me for a service you know you can't provide and to want to charge me more than is left on my contract to leave early. That's abysmal customer service.

@O2 it has been the same sonce moving in, having wifi installed later this month, when outside it slightly improves but still black spots where i have no signal, I am only two roads away from an o2 pylon
