    @O2 Well O2s incompetence never ceases to amaze me. I am a business customer and as O2s network has fallen apart in my town I have been sent a boost box . However O2 are doing system updates and cannot activate it and do not have any timescale when it will be resolved . AVOID O2.

    @O2 The fact it’s in 3 seperate locations, where my current projects are located, suggests it’s on your side. To use the excuse that there is too much traffic is also ridiculous as means you have over sold your network.

    @O2 Have just spoken with O2. Just confirms my opinion that they are the worst network in the country. Six weeks with bad signal. I called up no ideas of when it would be fixed , not bothered , no sorry. And this is their business customer service. Avoid them .

    Why am I still paying full price for my tariff when the mast is down in my area and has been for a while now? I can’t access my network properly so why should I still pay? @O2 sort it out please!

    Absolutely love @O2’s recycle service. Upgraded to the new iPhone 11, sent off my old iPhone XS and received £400 into my bank account today! 🙌 That is going straight into the holiday fund! 😎

    @O2 Piss poor @O2 presale lasts 48 hours. Ticketmaster bots only need 48 seconds to hoover up all the tickets and put 300% onto the price. Glad we spent the time yesterday making sure our logins were working.

    @O2 Been trying to get onto the app since 9am, expected better service levels. Appreciate this may be an unusual level of demand and like any business you should have been prepared, especially as this was expected and I don’t work for O2!
