@O2 ordered a phone & contract for next day delivery. Waited in all day patiently for it to arrive, no dispatch mail. Rang customer services. Transferred all over the place. Not been sent. Not a great start.

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

Typical @O2 call centre. Waiting for a while, phone hanged up without answering. For two calls made by a customer, they only answer one. Changing next month to a better supplier.

@O2 never missed a payment in over 24 years but when I left o2 the last payment was missed...they handed it straight to debt collectors.. never contacted me or phoned me about missed final payment ..glad I left them now...

Just had the most unpleasant experience with an @O2 caller. I always make sure to be polite & pleasant with cold callers, as I know what it's like - but today, I picked up to an impatient, unhelpful, and rude staff member. Glad my contract is up next month, as this put me off.
