    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 what an utter shambles. I need a new phone & new contract. Made 3 phone calls, over 75 mins on the phone & still can’t get a phone for collection! Phoned again to try & resolve & just got “well they prob don’t have the phone in stock at your local shop” 0/10 on customer svc.

    @O2 I can’t get 4g indoors, some days barely 3G. I have to reset the network settings 2-3 each week. I’ve been with @o2 a long time but I’m considering moving elsewhere once this contract ends

    @O2 your coverage in the Gravesend and northfleet area is getting worse . I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and am seriously considering leaving. Can you maybe send a signal booster. This will not only help with my problems but also my customers while I’m at work.

    This @O2 mast issue in Brentwood is beyond a joke… My internet doesn’t get installed for 2 weeks.. I’m going to be sat twiddling my thumbs. I hear it’s been going on for a year.. Don’t expect to hear from me past 5pm till the 1st October.

    @tomkentuk @O2 Great but what worries me like you, lm a long time customer and a long time customer of Virgin when I heard that they’d merged I instantly thought there goes O2 as we know it… I’ve been trying to sort out broad band issues for 2 years Ofcom made them agree and they’re still not

    Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 my monthly contract recently ended so I asked to switch to pay as I wanted to keep my current number You guys sent me a new sim with a new number I rang up to swap numbers and they told me it’s done but It isn’t as I cannot receive calls or text on my old sim no more help!

    @O2 I've recently joined o2 from three network taken out a 36 month contract Samsung note 20 ultra at around 61 a month no 5g in my area called up to be offered a measly£3 discount a month wish I went with sky or ee better perks better coverage cheaper.

    @O2 Basically you're banking on people getting the 'free' Disney + and then forgetting to cancel subscription. And you're just misleading people, when the last thing they need if choosing some 12-24 month contract, is the confusing mess you've deliberately engineered.

    @O2 tried to add an Apple Watch to my contract and it gets to the review and then when I press submit says there’s an error and to call 202 but they can’t do anything? Is the website down?

    @rhianlinecar @johnthejack @O2 That’s o2s biggest problem. Any town or city centre the signal is terrible not the south coast. Need more investment on their network. 4G is abysmal. As soon as my contract is up I’ll be jumping to Vodafone or EE.
