Appalling signal on @O2 for the last few weeks. Repeatedly dropping calls and can’t hear other person. If there are service problems communicated his to your customers so they are aware/understand.

I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

@O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

@wpduk @O2 we just had a power cut in DE12 7? With our mobile signal almost non-existent (mobile companies know about & don't care) & the power out takes out the router, how we get ANY up to date info electronically? We can't, can we? Just a thought when ♿ & sitting in the dark!
