Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

@O2 Your crap eCommerce system is driving me away, EE is looking better all the time! Sort it out! there was a deal 4 weeks ago for upgrading to a iPhone 11 Pro Max for 30 plus 37 a month can’t get that now!!!! So bad for a company in this sector to have such a bad eCommerce

@O2 I’m not receiving OTP passcodes on my phone. I’m currently in Cyprus, connected by WiFi, enough data so can’t see why I’m having an issue. Started having problems yesterday but texts did eventually come through. Today nothing. I need to do online banking for myself and mum.

@cjenscook @O2 Been using them about 5 years now. Never had an issue. I pay £6p/m, unlimited texts, calls & about 2gb data. Accumulated 10gb now which carries over. The big bonus is that each time you pay the monthly, it adds to your credit score! 1 month minimum contract term. Sim only mind.

@O2 @GoodThingsFdn @virginmedia You have the worst service ever, phones don’t work in London and your customer service team takes 1 hour to pick up calls, no service, no internet, charging so much and no customer service available, this is absolutely disgusting.
