    @Crippleywonk @O2 It was a bit of a wrench when I had to leave T-Mobile/EE. But they took our mast out and we don’t get signal at home now. I’ve had good experiences with most providers over the years. It’s not as scary as it may at first seem.

    The ordeal continues. @O2 and it’s #CustomerService is very good at taking notes but appalling at resolving complaints / closing issues. Generated an incorrect / inflated bill despite multiple assurances otherwise! Now running pillar to post, no resolution in sight @MarkEvansO2

    @VictoriaGoodyer @O2 Exactly what I will do! I was hoping the more expensive monthly rate (to other providers) is justifid by the costumer service. How wrong was I! Fed up with the poor service, signal cover (in London!), weekends without data and now this.

    @HowardGriffiths @O2 and if you are on call your call will be dropped(call failed)then it will take sometime fr service to start working again.. 2ndly most of the places getting only 1bar and very slow data browsing.. 3rdly when it connects to 3G it’s same like No Service it goes sooooooo slow 2/2

    every single day your service going down ,moved to O2 from 3 , paying more getting less as compare to 3 but your service is kind of same , most of the places it just disappears, call failed, hardly one bar most of the time and no service at certain places.. v disappointing @O2

    @O2 hello you lovely people, so my phone is paid for so I’m now out of contract, been with you since day 1 but signal in DA15 7LE is shocking! A friend lives in DA15 8DQ and he said a mast has been worked on and his reception and 4G is now amazing, it’s about 1 mile away from me

    @HowardGriffiths @O2 remember few months back when @o2 was down for nearly 2 days.. after that it’s service is going down everyday.. sometime when you are travelling and passing from certain areas O2 service will simply shift to 3G form 4g and sometime it will be No Serive at all 1/2

    @O2 so my 10 call 4 hour later trying to do iPad insurance… been trying earlier this week 3 different periods also got cut off 100 time also send from support to insurance to repairs back to insurance to not be able to only hear part of me which I call up to complain very poor

    Join @O2 and 5 days have passed still no sim yet my Sim contract has started, can't even talk to a customer service rep because they're always busy. Awful first experience, real shame. See if I'm still in the time to leave and go back to EE.

    Absolutely abysmal service at @O2 Decide to put me without service and blame a system issue. Still no signal - well if you swap customers SIMs without consent this is what happens. Oh and asked to vacate the line as other customers want to get through. Thanks for that Ayapha
