Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

@O2 charging me for an account I cancelled over a year ago. Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Absolutely unbelievable

Beware of @O2 - 3days going through customer service to cancel an account I didn't know I had but was being charged for, hung up on, return calls not returned, refund offered, refund rescinded. If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

@O2 I live in a coastal town called Clevedon. 12 miles outside Bristol & I can literally see Cardiff. How can it be 2022 & I still struggle to get anything better than a weak 3G signal here. Shocking. I’ve had a better signal in a desert.
