Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Absolutely unbelievable

How on earth do you actually get yourself removed from whatever ridiculous list these companies seem to have you on? Surely I can’t be the only one dealing with this nonsense?
