Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Two separate O2 phones at the same location failed to receive the UK Gov wildfire Emergency Alert on 14 August. Both were on 4G/5G with Emergency Alerts enabled, and alert history is empty.
