Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

@O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

@suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

@O2 I don’t have wifi at work, I understand that you can’t provide a fault free service, but I’m paying for a service I can’t use properly! I haven’t been able to use my data for 9 hours a day for the last week & another 6 days of it yet! 13+ days of no data is *************** a bit!

Hi @O2 my sim card has stopped working and it seems like I need a replacement. I’m not able to login to my o2 app (as you need a text login code) to chat to you, or call your helpline as no service due to said faulty sim, and I’m unable to get to a store. Can you please help?

Ay how come I don’t get signal anywhere near a football match @O2. Seriously it’s 2022 and to not be able to make a phone call when needed outside a football ground is awful. I pay £60+ a month is annoying. “We’re better connected”. Any ideas, people? @O2

@Tonybroug @O2 Thanks. We could pay for an online network checking service or via the high street but I believe her current network provider should be able to help/advise. I do not live near my mum to use my Tesco sim card. Not sure what access my mum has to try other sim cards!
