    @suzifulham @O2 Seems to be zero loyalty for long term customers these days. @SkyUK are just as bad, been with them 14 years, honked my bill up from £60 odd quid a month, to the best part of £100, and were disinterested in re-applying my discounts.

    Dear @O2 why in Northfleet where a good signal used to be found. Is it now complete toilet I’ve been a customer for many years but due to the terrible inconsistencies I may have to look to @EE or @VodafoneUK as they have far superior signal strength here. Is this going to improve

    Advised to call customer service again so been waiting another hour on hold. Such disgusting customer service that we’re now moving the number to @O2 When I do get through I’ll be cancelling my contract! Member of staff helping us is thinking of moving too as she’s with Vodafone!

    @O2 I don't have to give a reason for wanting to leave, but what I will say is the unnecessary hoops I had to jump through to get my PAC certainly aren't helping your case for persuading me to stay. It's not a nice customer experience.

    Really hating @O2 and some company called Ariel right now, both fighting over who’s customer I actually am. Paying over £100 a month for no data, it’s a total joke!!

    @O2 ... And nobody will speak to me - has to be a call back. How? I have no signal! Can email to complain but just a mention of wait 28 days and you'll close the case - no timings for contact, resolution etc. Got it pretty sewn up. Take my money and couldn't care less!

    Hi @O2! Is there a problem with the network? I'm unable to make any calls. I can to receive calls. Have tried restarting the phone and removing/re-inserting the Sim card, no joy.

    @O2 i think there is a problem with the 2G network, in a 2G only phone, it sometimes loses signal or low signal

    @Innerangels1 @O2 I managed to get through to someone using the chat function on the My O2 app so I recommend trying that if all other avenues fail.
