    Today is a sad day, 10 years being with @O2 I’ve asked my puk code because they won’t admit they got problems with IPhone XR signal ie 4G it loses its signal and you have to restart your phone but switch 4G off and leave it on 3G it doesn’t do it!

    @O2 Your crap eCommerce system is driving me away, EE is looking better all the time! Sort it out! there was a deal 4 weeks ago for upgrading to a iPhone 11 Pro Max for 30 plus 37 a month can’t get that now!!!! So bad for a company in this sector to have such a bad eCommerce

    Appalling signal on @O2 for the last few weeks. Repeatedly dropping calls and can’t hear other person. If there are service problems communicated his to your customers so they are aware/understand.

    @O2, Hi there, I am trying to order two tickets for The O2 Backstage Tour on the 19th August. I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!

    I know theres more important things toneorry about but surely @O2 upgrading os not a priority but surely bills are. My bill needs to be addressed as its a lot higher than usual and after nearly 2 weeks calling contacting online still nothing. This is shocking service!! 😡😡😡

    @O2 ordered a phone & contract for next day delivery. Waited in all day patiently for it to arrive, no dispatch mail. Rang customer services. Transferred all over the place. Not been sent. Not a great start.

    @O2 Yes - four different departments including your bereavement team. I’m utterly exhausted trying to sort this out. It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

    @O2 1/2 I have switched my phone off restarted numerous times but the signal is still awful.still unable to make or receive calls during the day! Appreciate that everyone is on their phones more than every now but I would appreciate a bit more help rather than just lk network guide

    As I see no other network has got this problem and @O2 doesn’t know how to fix it. There’s is loads of tweets on here about this problem! @AppleSupport have done updates and still doesn’t fix it which @O2 said this will fix it!!

    @O2 third call to your call center today and nobody can help me as the account holder. Apparently I have failed the security. I will close my account with you and port the number. Absolutely outrageous customer service. New, cheaper tariff package and no EU data #shocking

    @O2 phone lost reported lost, phone recovered , after few calls phone unlocked. After 6 weeks and many many many phone calls and store visits the sim is still blocked 😡😡😡 fed up of bring passed pillar to post and getting nowhere. £280 per month I spend snd this is the service.

    Trying to get some support from @O2 is an exercise in ever decreasing circles of futility. If you have complex, inter-related questions about how to solve a problem, how do you spall get through to an actual person??

    @O2 what’s going on with myo2, when I select to log in it just gives me a blank page, I’ve removed & reinstalled the app but it’s still the same…. I also experienced issues via the website too
