Beware of @O2 - 3days going through customer service to cancel an account I didn't know I had but was being charged for, hung up on, return calls not returned, refund offered, refund rescinded. If you leave o2, it is possible you haven't left o2! Be very careful

@O2 charging me for an account I cancelled over a year ago. Hours on customer service calls and a callback arranged that didn't happen. 1 of them saying the account was deleted, the other saying its active, another denying they've taken the money at all. Absolutely unbelievable

@O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

Beware anyone thinking of joining @O2 they’ve just hiked up their rates and limited free data total usage when in Europe #ripoff also just merged with @virginmedia so expect the service to fall of a cliff when the call centres are rerouted to virgins Singapore call centres

Terrible experience with @SkyUK trying to get a new phone today. No attempt from customer services to help at all. Went to @O2 and they sorted me out in 10 minutes with a much better experience.

@O2 my boyfriend is with you and has had no signal all day, it’s been an issue a few weeks ago but came back after a couple hours. He needs signal for work. What’s the point in paying for a SIM card when you’re getting no signal??
