It’s not the kind of barrier anyone should have to experience when losing a parent. It’s hard enough without without this level of poor service.

We have been with you for 20 plus years and I have 4 family phones which I now intend to cancel! #disgusted #stupidity

I have tried for the 12pm and 12:30pm and its constantly being blocked my card issuer. I've tried 2 debits and 1 credit card and they are all showing the same message. Please help!
