    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 The UK’s number 1 network? Don’t make me laugh ! I’ve just switched from Vodafone to 02 and that was the worst decision I’ve ever made 🤬🤬🤬 I barely get 1 bar. My phone keep disconnecting in central london. Calls are always failing. 02 is my disappointment.

    Hi @O2 I keep trying to call o2 to pay off a balance but it keeps saying ‘we cannot verify your security info’ and I cannot get any further. I am trying to change my tariff and have been trying for 2 days now. I have had the same conversation with 4 different people. Help.

    @O2 Nothing received. When was it sent? Last message I had from you was an auto responder on 24th July stating that you’d respond to my complaint within 5 days. Have had nothing since.

    Seriously @O2 literally just taken out a contract with them and already worst service!!! Phone hasn’t arrived and was supposed to last Friday, only to find out it was sent back. Now I have to wait til they receive it and reorder another one.

    @O2 Is there an issue for WhatsApp videos on o2? Both mine and my other half’s WhatsApp has stopped playing videos were sent. I use some videos I’m sent for my job!!!! I’ve deleted the app I’ve contacted WhatsApp. Still nothing is working!

    @O2 ....and I have pneumonia so am currently in jammies/bed a lot of the time and don't want to run down to the road to get a signal, even if i knew a call was due to be incoming! I'll try different rooms etc, see how that goes

    @O2 your support service is terrible! I can’t get through on the phone - left waiting for hours. Can’t msg an agent on your app because it says “agents are forever busy”! How do I contact a real person? VERY close to canceling my contract with your sub-par service! #awfulservice

    . @O2 is THE WORST! I had to repeat myself 3 times to the 1st guy, I could hear him casually talking to someone else whilst I was explaining the issue. 2nd guy put me on hold while he "checked something" he never returned, I got bored after 30mins
