@O2 Why do call from different numbers every single day? Sometimes more than once! When i ask the caller to update it they say they will but never do.

@O2 Correct, SIM shows no signal. Local area coverage is fine and I have tried different handsets. Account is up to date. I went to a store but was told I was on the O2 360 system and they couldn’t help me, so am trying here.

@O2 I've tried all that already. If I had WiFi access I wouldn't need the data to work. Phone signal works fine, just can't use anything with Internet. It's been like this for at least a month.

@O2 can you please explain why the signal is so poor on the train, motorway & generally near where I live (TN26). I’ve just got back from Crete and the signals are brilliant 4G everywhere, so much so I was in the middle of a lake, top of a mountain & I get 4G???

@O2 PLEASE join the Virgin Media underground wifi - “Wifi Extra” is terrible as it NEVER auto joins and takes forever to connect by which time you’ve left the station - VM wifi which Three EE etc use connected flawlessly
