@O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

@O2 Day 111 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.

@O2 I'm angry of the lies from this company you use on your website & app, look at reviews on Trustpilot there can't be 100s of phones with so called "Screen Burn" it's obvious it's a (your) get out clause from paying decent price & then your customer Locked in new deal "its wrong"
