    @EE following up on the bad signal in the area I now stay in, can’t even have a call while walking in the neighbourhood, I may have to make a drastic decision and move to @O2 I’m in a 12 month contract so what are the cancellation terms if you can not provide a reliable service?

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 shocking customer service! I'm owed £400 from a faulty device, 4 months on still no refund! Ridiculous amount of calls to customer service to get 0 help & fobbed off to a 'manager call back' I'm on maternity & relying on that payment! HELLO SOMEONE HELP!!! 😡

    I’ve had zero mobile internet in Antwerp which is shocking @O2 my network was Base and said 3G but nothing not a drop of data … glad I didn’t need my phone when I was out and about 🤪

    @O2 Won't answer my DM's so I'll tweet instead. How can you justify putting my bill up when since 2020 the 4G service in my area has been abysmal with absolutely no attempt by O2 to fix it? If I were to pay for the service I get it would be pennies.
