    Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

    @O2 contract finished.. put on a rolling month deal.. nothing will change they said... 2 days now with no phone signal.. "sim provisioned"! Customer svc say it'll work soon. Gggrrr

    @O2 Hi, it’s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

    @O2 not sure when your call centre in Cape Town opened but it’s been extremely painful trying to solve a simple issue..I might of been unlucky but think staff could do with some further training

    Really bad service from @O2, having calls from a shop to pressure into upgrades, no really clarity when calling 202 to ask what’s going on-I think I need a new network!

    @O2 I received a cold call from the number 0330 174 9418 this morning claiming to be someone that works for you, offering me a 40% discount. I’m not even an O2 customer. Can you confirm that this was a legitimate call and not a scam.

    @O2 @GreggsOfficial every time I try to redeem your offer the app plays up and I get real attitude from greggs staff, tried to get the sausage and bean melt and the code changed to breakfast roll, your staff in Putney were very rude

    @O2 Cancelled my o2 SIM card that I was mis sold by @virginmedia on 5th February and have it in writing from o2 as on Live Chat and again yesterday as you didn’t do it right the first time. Today you deduct 2 x payments from my bank!!!! WTF. Sort this please. Today!!!

    how many companies like @skytv @O2 @VirginMedia_TV etc etc ,are increasing their prices, Is it because they need to? OR JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN?, are they offering a better service? a better product? NO. then there can be no justification for HIKING UP PRICES,
