    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    @O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @O2 please can you confirm if 0344 826 0202 is one of your numbers and why they would be calling? Sounds like someone is sitting holding a really bad recording to a phone so didn’t hesitate cutting it off after they said they cannot connect to o2.

    @O2 @Nivinity Sad to see them leave, but not sorting the problem for your customers. I am in the same boat and will also be leaving and taking all my accounts elsewhere. It’s impossible to speak to someone about an issue!

    @O2 I wouldn’t have to leave if things were done correctly. I’ve been with O2 and I’ve never had a problem, but this is letting it all down

    @O2 having tried to get through to customer services 4 times over 2 hours and being hung up on by your agent every time I’m giving up. Really angry and as a customer with multiple plans you’re losing a repeat customer soon!

    @O2 I just need a uk IP address for my personal hotspot it doesn’t need to be static as long as the server picks up my phone that I bought in the uk and my service that is O2 UK with a UK IP address It’s not rocket science I just need someone who can tell me how to achieve this
