    @O2 full 4G signal in Chelsea and can’t even load a PDF attachment or Instagram post. Absolute shambles. Same over in white city. Same in London Bridge. Got better service last week 2000M up a mountain in Austria

    1/2 BEWARE everyone considering switching to @O2 They offer to port your existing number from your previous provider, which is really important to many, but FAIL miserably, when you call customer services multiple times, they promise a 4 hour resolution, this never happens..cont

    @O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    Do you know what? Mobile operators get a lot of scorn, but I have spoken to some really lovely @o2 customer service reps over the last few days who have been very helpful sorting out all my contract and SIM issues. So 👏.

    @VOXI_UK I have been on a staycation this week I am appalled at how poor your reception is in many parts of South East. Going back to @O2 as sim only!! Very frustrating 😕 missed many important phone calls. Pm me to discuss

    @O2 it's 22.16 , your 4g in Preston is averaging 0.48 mgb . It's not congestion Your just terrible. Next day of I'll take my £200 per month on phones and hotspots and give it to a company that gives a ****. You can't give me congestion as an excuse. My EE phone is fine

    @O2 been a business customer for years. Contract ends July, so thought I’d get a quote for a new plan & phone. Quote over twice what another provider offers. When I questioned, operator said could transfer me to the “loyalty team”. Why do I need to jump through hoops? Am moving

    @O2 hi there. Like many I’ve had issues with your network on my iPhone XR ever since I bought the phone in October 2019. With my phone dropping 3/4G connection randomly throughout the day requiring a restart to fix it. In 2020 you and Apple claimed to have fixed it…

    @O2 Yes once we move off our street. But on our road it's terrible. O2 have not helped in over a year. It was a Vodafone guy that suggested WiFi calling its slightly better but still not good. O2 suggested pay £500 and go somewhere else. 😞
