    @O2 Why, for the past 6 months can I STILL not upgrade my phone online or any of your stores due to your dire lack of stock. I've had this phone for 3 years and it's dying. Yet you never seem to have any stock. Other networks aren't having issues!? Time to switch perhaps.

    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @O2 contract finished.. put on a rolling month deal.. nothing will change they said... 2 days now with no phone signal.. "sim provisioned"! Customer svc say it'll work soon. Gggrrr

    Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

    @O2 Hi, itโ€™s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

    @O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gatewayโ€™s

    .@virginmedia So 2 days with no TV, no broadband, no landline and an @o2 mobile with no signal. A fix date of 15th July!!!? Zero means of communication. Totally unreliable. What a dreadful company you are. So pleased you got fined. When will this be fixed?

    Seriously fed up with @O2 - constantly sending me back and forth, with making a payment, one minute itโ€™s not on their system, the next I receive letters asking for payment, and when you get in contact, they donโ€™t help and brush you off - this has been going on for months!!

    @O2 As a computer engineer with a master's degree, this explanation struck me as ridiculous. As a customer who has purchased dozens of iPhones, several iPads, three Macbooks, an Apple Watch, AirPods, etc., this is the first time you've surprised me in a negative way.

    I've had terrible coverage from @O2 - Can't get a signal most of the time in Liverpool City Centre - At the castlefield bowl gigs - every other network my friends were on was ok, O2 failed Generally can't trust it for any coverage
