@O2 Hi, it’s been 2 weeks since i started receiving non stop calls from your call centres to get me get a plan with you, the caller said that i entered some kind of contest or signed up for this but i never did since i am happy with my current provider. This is very inconvenient

@O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gateway’s

How can a phone mast nearby still be 'not working' with engineers still on the case 'repairing' after 4 weeks? This is beyond a joke now @O2 I don't get data outdoors, I can't make phone calls anymore and half the time I don't even have signal at all 🥴
