@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

@O2 I understand that carriages speed and materials do not help, but repeaters in tunnels sure would to avoid disruptions especially as they can particularly nasty to a laptop when the phone or the train is the hotspot as that side of the connection never goes down just the gateway’s

@O2 Why? So you can tell me that there are no issues. To what end? I've followed every means of recourse I can and i got nowhere. The only thing I can do now is move and it's a shame because you are one of the few retailers that carry my prefeed phone brand (@sonyxperia ).

@virginmedia @O2 no idea if this will even send I have virgin Internet and o2 phone. O2 hasn't let me connect for a full year in this post code for 4g and now I've been told my Internet is down until next Friday in havant with virgin. What a joke both companies are ****. No help.
