    @O2 contract finished.. put on a rolling month deal.. nothing will change they said... 2 days now with no phone signal.. "sim provisioned"! Customer svc say it'll work soon. Gggrrr

    @O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

    Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

    @paige_shepherd @O2 I’ll need to have a look at them, I bought an iPad with data plan in Dec & haven’t been able to use data plan since I bought it, no ones sorted it yet & now I apparently keep using up all my phone data & no signal! So annoying 🤬

    @virginmedia Looks like there's a fault throughout the UK. Also it doesn't help that I have to go outside into the middle of street to get a signal with @O2.
