ㄥ乇乂丨乇 (@Atanvarne) reported from Broxbourne District, England@O2 That’s it. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

Ellis Adams (@ellisadamant) reported@Ofcom @O2 Just tried to port my number away from o2. The method via text doesn't work. You can't do it via your o2 account on the website and the phone method closes at 21:00. 02 service is pathetic and designed to keep you on their network. FIX IT.
-
charlotte (@charlottealexab) reported@O2 when will the signal be improved in Portsmouth PO1 area? Constantly having to connect to nearby WIFI! So frustrating!
-
Emeritus Prof Alpaca McSputum (@TheWhogg) reported@OzSabb77 @arokorol @O2 Yep he's only a few miles away from the PLA-controlled areas. Probably the first signal it found (especially if the plane landed from the east) followed by a closer one. I had to turn off roaming after visiting Bayt Lehm for fear of being billed thousands.
-
MUFCFranky 🇾🇪 (@FrankySaves) reported@O2 There’s zero point. You work with @AXS_UK , a company that chucks you out of the queue in a never ending loop cos it thinks you’re a bot. Meanwhile thousands of tickets already up for resale. Again, they’re not fit for purpose. Things have just got worse since they came along.
-
S. Waqas (@Shahid_Waqas) reported@arokorol @O2 You think the phone network is anti-Semitic?

Jemmo (@J3MMO) reported@O2 @abbieechels That's not what she's asked. I have been having real problems getting answer to accessible questions and bookings too. But keep getting answers to other questions. Limiting accessbility tickets to just 1 + 1 carer is ridiculous
-
Steve Dobson(A25674) (@StevePDobson) reported@O2 your data service between Waterloo and Surbiton on the SWR line is beyond woeful. Are you working to improve it or should I move myself and family to another provider?
-
