    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

    @LouiseRose74 @O2 @SMARTYMobileUK They blamed my handset, took it to a Apple shop, run test, phone reports network problems!! However take phone to Sevenoaks and it works excellent!! Network is just so bad. Retweet complaint and add BBCWatchdog snd Which magazine tags . Terrible network and customer service

    @Alyshaa_134 @O2 Went thro the ombudsman, both them and o2 agreed I had a very low data usage but It’s unreal for me to think I will get signal 24/7. So even when you can prove it’s rubbish, it’s just not quite rubbish enough.
