    Seems @O2 are preparing for 5G by making 4G unusable - several places like this with great signal (5 bars, 4G+) but zero bandwidth

    @O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

    Gav and I have had no mobile phone service for 3 days, but I have no service to call @virginmedia to let them know! It happens far too regularly. Just spent the morning searching for a new deal. @O2 looks like the best so far!

    @O2 why is it so difficult to pay off my device plan with? I've been on the phone for almost an hour, had difficulty getting through the automated system, spoke to someone, got transferred to another department, then I was hung up on. Not the best way to treat customers.

    @o2 @virginmedia I've been a virgin media customer for over a decade, and have a pay monthly O2 contract, yet when I try and apply the Volt benefit I get told it's already applied or not available! And customer service don't have a clue about it, telling me I have to pay extra!
