I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

I can't listen to music, video call my sick dad, pick up with emails or teams calls access digital banking if I'm out the house in my home town. Even Twitter is unusable and to that's mainly text!
