    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    Nice tweet @O2 though please ensure my mother's number transfer issue is rectified and I will believe your sincerity...! Delivery late and phone number transfer not yet successful so not impressed so far..perhaps if you can take calls from relatives it would help vulnerable more.

    @O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

    @O2 That’s it. They thought that 7am was a decent time to call a customer, even without knowing that I work shifts and was working late last night. 9am I’d have considered acceptable. I wouldn’t have liked it but 9am is REASONABLE. 7am is absolutely NOT.

    @O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

    Customer service on Twitter can't be easy. But why do @o2 have to be so bad at it? Raise an issue and they ask for a DM, which I send straightaway. 3hrs later they respond (after a nudge) with a question, which I answer immediately. Two hours later and nothing more. Useless.

    @O2 I'm transferring from another provider and have received my PAC and new O2 sim card. How do I give this info to you? Getting nowhere with online chat and my local O2 store won't help because I applied for the sim online.

    @o2 my mobile data is not working on my iphone, the 4g sign is not showing as it normally does It can receive & make calls but the mobile data is not working, I tried figuring out on the app with the network but it just says about the mast & I newly joined to o2. Disappointing

    @O2 really struggling with your customer services. Never get replies on my o2 chat and 202 takes ages to get thru. Been charged on my bill for data you gave me supposedly for free. Can you contact me to resolve?

    I am so disappointed with your service, @O2. We are not a large company so it won’t affect you much, but you can be sure contracts with your service will not be renewed. Waste of time and total lack of flexibility for something that I’m pretty sure should be straightforward.
