Thank you @o2 for telling me now that you can’t solve my issue with @Apple Watch because “it is not a necessity device”. However when you publicised the deal “AppleWatch plus iPhone”, at the time of my purchase no one at the store mentioned “it’s not a necessity device”.

  • unknown_babez
🎃🖤TheBlackDahliaRose💀🥀🕸 (@unknown_babez) reported from Paddington, England

@O2 a loyal customer of 11 years here 👋🏽 I am leaving your company because of many reasons.... one of them being you’ve outsourced your customer service to a new company which is quite honestly useless. Another being you do not value your customers. Bring on a new company 👊🏾

  • SuarezFusters
Jose Suarez (@SuarezFusters) reported from Ealing, England

@O2 what happens with the network? In W139df #I don’t have 3g from yesterday and that is a nightmare.

  • appletonjack
Jack Appleton (@appletonjack) reported from Camden Town, England

@Miniv20 @O2 How do you find out what other network coverage is like? I pay about £150 a month as it’s used so much for work...well, it’s not right now thanks to this “broken mast” 😭

  • gigsmad
David Donnelly (@gigsmad) reported from Camden Town, England

@O2 Went to shop to collect my phone, they were great at helping to flog cases, when I asked for help to set up, their WIFi is rubbish. I just spent a lot off money FFS!

  • behu91
Ben (@behu91) reported from Hemel Hempstead, England

@O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

  • hiaw61
Robert Frame (@hiaw61) reported from Hatfield, England

@O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

  • JohnDWebb
John Webb (@JohnDWebb) reported from London Colney, England

@Stephen_Neal @O2 It’s the same with @NatWest_Help - their URL is ‘nwolb’ to login and check stuff. Surely these big companies should be leading by example?

  • imad_el_maoed

  • lordshaun_
Lord Shaun O’Brien 🇺🇦 (@lordshaun_) reported from London Colney, England

The customer service of @O2 is truly one of the worst I’ve ever come across. They tell me to call, but I can’t because they’ve cut off my phone. The number goes through to a bot. Quelle surprise! I paid the bill, as always, and yet here we are. Been on the chat thing for four hrs

@O2 is your London 4g network having issues? I have multiple o2 devices that aren't connecting

  • AshleyLlewellyn
Ashley (@AshleyLlewellyn) reported from Barnet, England

I have before, but I keep getting told there is no issue with the mast. Or use WiFi, or get a new sim. I just want to be able to use my phone, thinking about ditching you guys and going to @O2 might get a signal and a betting offer on s phone.

  • jonathonfp
Jonny Pugsley (@jonathonfp) reported from Camden Town, England

@O2 your 4G service in London is absolutely dire currently. And you’ve just put my price up for the privilege of it.

  • AlanRob68902430
    Alan Roberts (@AlanRob68902430) reported

@EE CUSTOMER SERVICE A DISGRACE 32 days into a complaint and nobody adresed it, I'm on hold to terminate the contract and stil. Over an hour so far @O2 here I come

  • TheElectroFox
    ✞ ⛥ ElectroFox ⛥ ✞ (@TheElectroFox) reported

@Joff_L @O2 They also see fit to charge existing customers upfront costs when trying to upgrade and dont budge on any of it, forcing you to customise your tariff and making it down to £10 as the lowest amount, which then raises the overall cost and then has you dropping down a tariff later.

  • robcorb
    Robert Corbishley (@robcorb) reported

I have to say this: @O2 “customer service” is utter crap.

  • T_Northernbloke
    Andrew Harbot-Taylor (@T_Northernbloke) reported

@Farmeronecow @O2 That's why I left. Well that and when I complained about the signal I got told I needed to buy land and get planning permission myself and then they would look at putting one up. Moved back to @EE and normal service resumes.

  • FrazzzYT
    Frazzz (@FrazzzYT) reported

@O2 I got the services back eventually with such an odd 1999 way of doing things for a company funnily enough that same day the "money was found" it's already a complaint now anyways

  • MarcThompson2
    Thompson (@MarcThompson2) reported

@O2 due to ongoing service issue which has caused great stress I’ve sent an email making a formal complaint and have had no acknowledgement. Who do I contact and why have I been ignored?

  • DeeBrow47820756
    Dee Brown (@DeeBrow47820756) reported

@O2 @jonesy73 The merger combined O2's mobile network with Virgin Media's broadband business to create a major integrated communications provider in the UK." Must be nice to earn so much from pensioners. £60 a month for a 2 year old phone.

  • TheAloofPoof
    @dbwatt.bsky.social (@TheAloofPoof) reported

Hey @O2, aren’t you supposed to be like one of the biggest network providers in the UK? If yes, why is being in Colchester like being in the dark ages? Your signal is ****.

  • JPBOLDY
    JonTheJoker76 (@JPBOLDY) reported

@O2 so prices have increased and I've got absolutely rubbish service, supposed to he on 5g plus service max speed mobile data 0.5meg and 1 bar on mobile for voice, time to go to another provider when contract ends in june

  • SoccerSportvas
    Selahattin Karaman (@SoccerSportvas) reported

I regret switching to O2. Despite showing full 5G signal across London, my internet barely works. Pages won’t load, WhatsApp just keeps buffering, and basic browsing is almost impossible. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times. @O2
