    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    @O2 absolutely APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE from O2 and would never recommend them to anyone. Unable to contact them and their phones just cut off and and unable to track anything on their website as again does not work. I will continue to post until they actually respond or call

    @JamesTurner37 @O2 It’s disappointing because their customer service staff are uniformly warm and helpful in my experience. It is their systems that are at fault. I know their senior management, but would never try to abuse that by calling in a favour.

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    @O2 Sorry, a phone mast close to you isn't working as well as we would expect. This issue is caused by signal interference that we're working to fix. Your signal might come and go until that’s done, sorry. Rest assured, we're working to make it better for you.update by 29th July 2022

    @O2 It's the O2 complaints team I need to speak to. This isn't a situation where the customer is in error and jumping up and down. You've genuinely messed up my credit file issuing a bill you've admitted you shouldn't have done. I need this sorted now.
