    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 No, problem is NOT solved. The classical O2!! #worstcustomerservice Your rep promised & texted £13.50 will be applied in 24 hrs. It’s already 24+ hrs and nothing is visible on MyO2 app. You don’t expect me to do 50 min call back, Do you? Can you take responsibility and resolve??

    @O2 can you explain why I cannot transfer my eSIM card electronically? Surely that is the whole point of eSIMs? I now have to wait 5 days to receive a new pack before I can transfer my phone. Seems archaic. Unimpressive customer service.

    @O2 hi guys! Quick question for you. Since we, me and my wife, joined you from different network we receive a lot of spam and scam in text messages and phone calls. Are you sure our details are protected properly? Calls are automated but use our full names! It actually worrying.

    I may be crazy @O2 but all of a sudden my phone’s battery discharge like crazy. Same as my wife’s. Is this because your signal in E5/E8 area is weaker than usual maybe?

    @O2 are breaching trading standards. Have sent me a voucher code but are not allowing it to be redeemed against S21. Apparently due to being a new launch device, however there is nothing in the terms and conditions to suggest this should be an issue.

    @badassscotsman @O2 They sent me a new SIM telling me I'd have to call to activate it. Then proceeded to deactivate my old SIM the day the new SIM was sent out leaving me without a signal for over 1 1/2 days. Gotta be a huge issue to make that sort of mistake.

    @O2 what does my husband have to do to get his order finalised so he can receive his new phone? His My o2 account won’t activate so the order can’t complete but after numerous emails to you & a promised callback, he’s still waiting. Perhaps @EE or @Vodaphone4 would like to help?

    @JordanWebber96 My wife’s the same. She’s with @O2 and every time I call her I can’t hear a thing. Her signal is terrible in Swansea. EE and Vodafone work best around here.

    @steelrattus @O2 Yes, Vodafone and the speed is okish. I was told O2 is good for my area which is why I wanted to test it first. But O2 has never got back to me. Their loss, I guess.

    @o2 why are you so rubbish at mobile networks? Consistently getting unstable @o2 connectivity. Constantly swapping between Edge, H+, 4G and no network all within 60secs. 4G is slower than Edge! Deeply regret switching from @EE and now paying 17.3% more for poorer service.
