    You can tell how a company values its customers by their customer service. 2.5 hrs for @O2 to tell me for some reason I need to call the fraud dept to pay off and upgrade my son’s phone. Cut off four times yet they answer to “business customers” immediately

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    Essentially @o2 treat everyone who wants to buy a phone under £200 outright like a potential fraudster. You can’t pay it off in store and they force you into a temp contract. Then make you wait hours on the phone and go via their fraud dept. Why? I’d love to know.

    @O2 I have already done that in Cardiff last week and couldn’t even get 5g there and I work in the valleys and the signal is rubbish my other half has better coverage and he’s with Vodafone

    Anyone on @O2 in the West Midlands, after months of engineers looking into network issues, they have just advised me that 02 network isn’t being fixed and he has no solution, but does say any of us can leave, even if in contract so call customer services and you can leave!

    @O2 Good Morning, I just want to say “thank you” for being awesome. My iPhone decided not to turn on today, so I used my iPad to speak with Shakil o2 customer services chat team and they quickly sorted the issue. Saves me a visit out on a Sunday morning. 🙏

    got to love the @o2 store in Meadowhell trying to find out if a click and collect is ready, as heading that way shortly and save 2 trips, and when I call they just either dont answer or pick the phone up and then put it down :(
