@O2 like your the only UK network do not offer wifi calling and 4G calling for PAYG customer’s… see EE,Vodafone and three they do offer wifi calling and 4G calling to their PAYG customers.. and your not offering i am 13 years a loyal customer please do offer it i am facing -

@O2 @mtsavor I cannot call 202 or any other number that is supposed to be “o2” as I don’t know who I’m talking to. I’ve been hung up on twice when I’m explaining what’s happened. I need to cancel the iPhone contract or change the address with an actual o2 staff member!

@O2 issue in the network it’s always says “no service” in my apartment come on offer wifi calling right now i did speak with your staff in Kings road store and told them about that issue they’ve said we can’t do anything right now i might move to EE or Vodafone if this situation-

@O2 The signal in the town has always been iffy, but the last few months its been a complete joke, and the last 2 it's taken the biscuit. I've done all sorts, sim swaps, airplane mode and restarting phone. It's definitely down to the fact the service is awful/ getting worse.
