@O2 Nope, nothing. All that’s been different is that I’ve been roaming since 4th October. Home now but I noticed when I was in Portugal that my data counter wasn’t working but my sons was. My wife is also having the same problem.

@O2 The bundle was for @HuaweiMobileUK wireless charger, wireless earpods, and wireless car charger. I don't particularly care about the car charger but I specifically bought the phone and stayed with @O2 for this bundle. Waiting months until it's too late to return/cancel isn't ok.

I'm trying to set up a new smart phone, and I'm utterly useless at IT. But I'm not helped by the apparent necessity of getting confirmatory texts on everything, when there's no bloody @O2 signal anywhere within bloody walking distance.
