    Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    @O2 So a feeling a bit let down. I recommended 2more people to join o2 and both are showing on my referme page. Customer care promised to call me back twice in a month. No call back. I’ve sent emails with proof twice; still nothing. I’ve got 8 contracts on my account & o2 drive

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    @O2 I've been having issues with my signal since the first lock down recently they've been so much worse. I've had a new SIM and had two or three phones in that time. I've reset my network settings tried my Sim in android phones. I'm on E/3G rn while others on EE are on 5G!

    @O2VicWarehouse wow appalled with the farce of queuing for @PaoloNutini queued for ages for a o2 angel to make us lose our place, ended up in general admission queue makes queuing since 4 30 pointless. Never using @O2 priority again
