    @AskHalifaxBank I called @O2 because there online app wasn’t recognising it. The call centre wasn’t much help telling me to contact my bank and sort things myself 🤔

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    Been with @o2 well over 10 years, whilst not the cheapest always felt value for money with the good overall service, price rises reasonable as per their T&Cs, but whichever idiot signed off a close to 12% annual ‘standard’ price rise at this time is either brain dead or sadistic

    @O2 I now have a new SIM card as you were convinced that was why my data was slow and barely signal. Nothing has changed, in fact it's worse. It says I have 4g at the top of the screen but nothing loads, claims I'm offline, speedtest can't find you. Honestly I'm done.

    @O2 Hiking mobile bills by 11.7% hiding behind R.P.I of 7.8% and annual increase of 3.9% really poor. You didn’t have to, then you give an example of a mobile bill of £8.00 so it doesn’t look bad. Who has an £8.00 mobile bill? #o2 #o2rinsingcustomers

    @O2 Absolute b******t and you know it. Explain to me how an 11.7% increase is justified, break it down for me. You are putting prices up because you can & customers can’t do anything about it. Blatant abuse of customers. You should be ashamed of yourself!! Bring on contract end date!
