    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    @O2 You think I've not tried any of that over the past year? Network is unusable in my area despite repairs being made on a local mast. Problems have only been over the past year and nothing is being done to fix them. I'll be switching to a network that has working 4g & 5g were I am

    @O2 Don’t go to O2 they debited my daughters account for 30 pounds for a new phone. Did not give her the right documents and now over 1.5hours on phone getting the run around. No service go to EE or Vodafone least they are organised.

    Tried to speak with @O2 online chat as the Brighton store NEVER answer the phone(have tried over 30 times since Saturday) and their advice was to call the Brighton store!! Absolute waste of my time and perfect example of not actually listening to a customer

    @O2 Hi. I upgraded my sim only in July and part of the offer was a £50 digital giftcard. I reveived an email to register this but had nothing since. 3 other people i know did this upgrade offer aswell and have heard nothing either. Can you help please? Thankyou.

    @O2 One of your customer service deactivated by number when I wanted to take out additional contract and now I am left without a number for the last 5 days. Been calling "202" several times but no help, waiting for a manager's call for the last 4 days. is this level of service?

    @O2 Hi, could I please know why I got a reply within 2 minutes of my original and no follow up after that? I want to know how to make a complaint. I spoke to one of your colleagues on Live Chat, but that wasted 30 minutes of my time and I still don’t know what the issue is.

    I changed my mobile to @O2 and have had H+ data since! im supposed to have 5g or at least 4g. Beginning to wish I had stayed with ee because the Internet is terrible

    @O2 Called and got through to someone. They’ve received no notification that my order will be at the store and then said it’ll be unlikely my phone will be in soon. Absolute shambles of a company. Disgraceful customer service.
