@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

@O2 I am sorry but I am simply shocked at your poor customer service. I have now called twice to complain and ask for help. Twice I have been told a manager would call me. Twice this has not happened.

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@O2 Can you explain why no matter what postcode you enter into your 'service status' app, there's "always a nearby phone mast not working as it should" Is your service really that **** or can you just not be arsed putting things right???

@jan2086 @ThreeUK @O2 Exactly I’ve got non existent signal in my town centre and after numerous complaints they don’t seem to care to fix it and now when I complain they just ignore the complaint. They charge enough so they can fix the issue they just choose not to.

To @O2,please sort our your network issues & rethink your approach to Customer Services,as the undue stress you have caused me for the past few months in particular is appalling. If it weren't for my health,I'd have left you by now & most certainly wouldn't recommend you either.
