    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

She replied on Twitter saying 'no worries, ring us on your mobile when you're out and about! They're very anti disability. Their signing/messaging service is not working.

    @O2 you sent me a message say my Internet was fixed WA9 but I'm still not getting a signal, it's not fixed,I've got a 5G sim and my partner has a 4G sim and we're both not getting a signal when will this be properly sorted, I'm disabled and rely on my phone incase of a emergency.

    @O2 @SamsungMobile No roaming charges but the worst customer service that I have ever experienced , 20 odd years with this company and after an investigation into the companies incompetence , I was given no explanation and the case was closed ,, hopefully the ombudsman can sort it out ,,,
