I spoke to your shop in Guildford 2 weeks ago, and they said that it was a known issue + signed me up for text alerts. Now you text me every few days to say you haven’t fixed it. 1/2 ...
-
Greg Meeres (@akasha303) reported from Twyford, England@O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).
-

O2 Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Quelpanama (@Quelpanama) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Yet another issue where we have to think back to Tom’s time in Kabul liaising between MI6 and the SAS. Apparently sitting behind a desk in a building yards away from a communication mast he got a good signal. So heroic!
-
Chris (@Chris94501165) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Tom, cell masts use this thing called electricity. Essentially O2 are underpowering them due to the cost of energy. The bad news for you is that the cost of Net Zero is increasing those energy costs. Who enshrined it in to law? Secondary order consequences are a thing...
-
Neil T (@t_neil21461) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 O2 is ****. There are alternatives not least esims that connect you to the best signal locally.
-
David Meikle 😺 (@archied009) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 The networks have been so desperate to roll out 3G, 4G, 5G and increase prices that they’ve neglected to improve the overall network coverage in the UK, far too many black spots
-
superposh (@pboromikky) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Same issues in half of east anglia. Its a joke.
-
Kieran Moss (@KieranMoss16) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Can’t travel more then 2 mins down the road while driving without phone signal cutting out and the call disconnecting.
-
Patrick Hölscher (@allnewtomorrow) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Who is virtue signalling? "But we’re spending £4.5 billion in bike lanes and crossings" Know what Paris now also has? Far superior bike infrastructure, in addition to their better mobile network buildout. Perhaps you should have countered 5G fears better when in government.
-
James speed 🌲🌳 (@SlowFastJames) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 Seems like you should switch, even if mid contract because they're unable to provide the service contracted.
-
Che (@ContrarianChe) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE Didn't you support pulling Huawei out?
-
Ukobach (@JasonOw55271825) reported@TomTugendhat @O2 @EE I’m not saying immigration is the problem However it is relatively easy for a mobile cell to be overwhelmed by users - how many HMO’s have sprung up there - it’s a genuine problem and the networks usually address it with micro or pico cells
