@O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

@O2 your customer service needs looking at I contacted them at 7.40pm about an order,I went through security etc, then to be put on hold just before 8.00pm then to be cut off as you close at 8.00 can't contact again till tomorrow evening

@O2 Been a customer for more than 20 years. Customer service today has been appalling. Failed online chats. Wrong information. A stuck order. I just want to collect my phone. How can this not be easy to rectify?
