-
DataEatsWorld (@dataeatworld) reported@maxkarpis Switched from @O2 to Revolut Mobile a few months ago and couldn't be happier. The service works flawlessly, roaming has been excellent while travelling, and the whole experience has been refreshingly simple. The only problem is that O2 is still charging me despite my number having been successfully transferred. I have proof from Revolut that the porting was completed months ago. Trying to get it resolved has been nearly impossible. Every time I contact O2 support, I end up speaking to an outsourced Indian call centre and nobody seems able to fix the issue.
-
Gavin Walker (@walksy10) reported@O2 @Place_of_Zen How about let the man speak to someone on the phone, shouldn't be too hard as you are a PHONE service provider
