    @O2 your customer service needs looking at I contacted them at 7.40pm about an order,I went through security etc, then to be put on hold just before 8.00pm then to be cut off as you close at 8.00 can't contact again till tomorrow evening

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @O2 Rung up, emailed, online chat and tweeted. Getting fed up now how do you turn off the shite voicemail you have changed to 1760 doesn’t turn it off. Any ideas ? Poor service since Virginmedia got involved.

    @O2 what the heck is the use of being the first person in my city to make a pre-order of the new iPhone 17 pro max and I mean the first after your system crash to be told I’ll get it on release day to then check my order update an says “3 weeks” like wtf is the use.

    @curtis_harper @O2 They still use DPD. Mine came with DHL though, the issue with them is like you say, you get no notification and the tracking link is so unreliable, starts off telling you what drop you are with a map that tells you which drop the driver is on and your one hour time slot, unfortunately the map eventually disappears and you just have the one hour time slot but DHL drivers aren’t made to stick to the time slots so they can turn up anytime
