    @o2 Ive transferred over to another network but I cant use my phone because you wont unlock it after 2 store visits (Wandsworth and Bracknell) very frustrating

    @O2 I am sorry but I am simply shocked at your poor customer service. I have now called twice to complain and ask for help. Twice I have been told a manager would call me. Twice this has not happened.

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @O2 I spent hours on chat to your advisers trying to cancel my phone contract and was told it was all done. I started a new contract with another provider and now suddenly I have been started on a new o2 tariff??? Help!

    So my @O2 contract has now gone back to its normal price (which is double). Does that mean I’m now going to get double the service? I bloody hope so, cos it’s pretty sucky at the moment.

    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    @O2 please help. Loyal customer trying to cancel contract belonging to misplaced / unused phone. Waited in queue for 1 hour and 8 minutes. Music stopped, phone rang then cut out. Back to square one. How do I cancel ?

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @O2 I need somebody from your customer services team to contact me straight away! Your website is taking me round in circles and not helping. I should have had my contract cancelled and it hasn’t happened. So still paying out for it. Not happy at the moment.

    @O2 spokw@to@lisa who said shell be sending me out a third replacement device. Got an email saying theres no stock. Raised a complaint with Tracey, promised a manager call back by the end of the day.. still nothing?All im getting is we will off x amount credit, im not after this!

    @O2 I have 5G and I can’t even watch a TikTok! What is going on today?? Your network is so unstable at the moment. I’ve spent my day travelling up and then down the country, literally today and 60% of the time I can’t even listen to my podcast. It’s not good enough. #phonenetwork

    @O2 whenever I visit Manchester Centre, my phone doesn’t work on the 5G network. This doesn’t happen anywhere else, any ideas?
