@O2 your customer service needs looking at I contacted them at 7.40pm about an order,I went through security etc, then to be put on hold just before 8.00pm then to be cut off as you close at 8.00 can't contact again till tomorrow evening

In the ongoing saga with @O2 my phone has now been disconnected and I have no service. Not sure if this is malice, incompetence or miscommunication but I haven't cancelled anything and payments are being taken. Last I heard was engineers are exploring the problems. Please advise.
