@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@O2 I have just tried to use the voucher for the treat a mate drink after 5pm and the app did not give me a qr code and the lady at the caffe nero didn’t not allowed me to get the drinks and I just payed. The lady didn’t even know about the offer.

Making the switch to @EE , picked up a decent SIM only deal for my S21 Ultra. For 3 months I have been asking @O2 to fix a problem with losing voicemail since upgrading, no promised call backs. Tried @EE PAYG to check service, speeds are amazing and no need for Wi-Fi calling!

@O2 If I buy a phone contract for someone else like a friend or family member and the contract is under my name. If they sadly pass away or become terminally ill can I still cancel the account without fees even though the account is under my name?
