@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@O2 To be clear, I point blank told the advisor on 202 that I wanted to leave O2, which is when he said the contract would be cancelled automatically because I’d given my PAC number to another network. So I don’t understand why I’ve just received a T&Cs e-mail.

@O2 great customer service yesterday and Sunday from Matthew (from Wigan) in the O2 shop, Edge Lane, Liverpool. Got me and my daughter on a better contract and sorted the transfer of 3 phones!! Brilliant fella!!
