    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 please help. Loyal customer trying to cancel contract belonging to misplaced / unused phone. Waited in queue for 1 hour and 8 minutes. Music stopped, phone rang then cut out. Back to square one. How do I cancel ?

    @O2 I am sorry but I am simply shocked at your poor customer service. I have now called twice to complain and ask for help. Twice I have been told a manager would call me. Twice this has not happened.

    @O2 I'm genuinely disgusted by the "customer service" journey you've just taken me on. Stuck on the phone for over an hour to an advisor who had no clue what she was doing, and STILL nothing resolved. Honestly the worst experience I've had calling any company ever

    @Arthur_Dave @O2 I’ve been trying to cancel my contract since February 13th so good luck! They’ve cancelled my disconnection yet promised me it would be sorted and I’m still with an active account on March 31st. Hopefully you get yours sorted soon! 🤞🏻
