@O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

@ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

@O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

@ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

@O2 I spoke to someone about changing a click and collect order (I don’t have the photo ID), they were going to cancel it and call me back to reorder (as apparently you’re completely inflexible re changing things). No one’s called back and the order is still live on the a/c.

@_Emma_1991 @O2 I’m the same, 3G/VERY slow 4G in most areas. It’s shocking considering I’m paying arm and a leg for a service I’m hardly getting. Even 5G, I’m still buffering! I hardly get signal anywhere, I’ve tried everything! Might change networks🤔 6 years with @O2, sort it out guys!
