    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @O2 My partner called today and the insurance team weren't much help but I have now been emailed a claims form though along with an email from them saying they've been waiting for us to contact! (Unsure if it's automated) but this isn't good enough. I will be emailing a complaint in.

    @O2 If you are experience an unusually high volume of calls for 12 hours a day for the last five years, it's no longer unusual. Employ more people, as your service has gone absolute dreadful.

    Hey @O2 and @virginmedia Why am i getting passed about your customer service teams like a used rag to get things sorted which should have been done in one conversation!! There's a marked difference between 3gb doubling to 6gb and 6gb doubling to 12gb!!
