@O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

@O2 when my bill is due it says that it's been paid a few days after its due so then I think that I paid it then 2 weeks after the due date it says overdue then I had to pay directly can you fix this
