@O2 my phone number was disconnected on Thursday and was reassured numerous times it would be reconnected within 24 hours. 3 days later and it still isn’t reconnected. I’ve been advised to call 202. How when the network is still disconnected?! Very disappointing service!!!

@O2 after two failed attempts to add data bolt ons I contacted your “help desk” and after being routed to the “expert advisor” they ended the chat before resolving anything! Maybe you can help?

  • iancourt
    Ian Court (@iancourt) reported

@O2 @Joff_L Not convinced, O2, sorry. Uswitch SIM only deals used to be open to existing customers who were renewing at the end of their contracted period, but you stopped that last year. Why? The deals you offer existing customers aren’t great in comparison to the Uswitch offers. Fortunately for me, I managed to renew several of my O2 contracts via a Uswitch link the day before you pulled the plug. You’ve since had the nerve to hit us with a higher than advertised April price increase, in spite of Ofcom’s rules. When I’m next up for renewal, unless you can do me a really good deal that’s on par with the price comparison offers, I may very well take my business elsewhere, after 27 years of being a customer.

  • snowy_1982
    Sn✴wy 💬 (@snowy_1982) reported

@O2 Why is your company so difficult to work with? Your customer service is a joke, you are an embarrassment and you should be ashamed, the mistreatment of my wife I've just heard is abhorrent and you are a bunch of con men.

  • notyouravgqs
    Bhavesh Ramburn (@notyouravgqs) reported

@O2 Hi, since Dec all my incoming calls show as UNKNOWN in caller ID & call history. I've tried resetting my phone, swapping the SIM to another phone - issue persists. Seems like a network/account issue. Can you look into this or reset my account settings? Thanks.

  • DeeBrow47820756
    Dee Brown (@DeeBrow47820756) reported

@O2 @jonesy73 The merger combined O2's mobile network with Virgin Media's broadband business to create a major integrated communications provider in the UK." Must be nice to earn so much from pensioners. £60 a month for a 2 year old phone.

  • darrenmk
    Darren 🏎️🏁 (@darrenmk) reported

@O2 Your app has turned into **** since you became part of Virgin, try to see my balance and it's always sends me an email link to click, never did this before, and it doesn't even take me to the balance. It's so obvious two systems failing to talk, ironic for a comms company
