    @zoeonpop @O2 That’s why I swapped years ago, often I wouldn’t even have 3G either! Madness. Much happier with 3 even though their signal is meant to be much worse, on the whole it’s so much better than I found o2!

    @O2 are the biggest disgrace possible. Im a pay monthly customer, paying £53 a month. I have no network coverage. O2 have confirmed I live in a Black spot and they will not be helping me. They said to me..’These things happen’...! O2 said I still have to pay my monthly fee..!

    @AmazonUK I have made a large order and it has been delivered to a Amazon locker. This locker is in a private @O2 building. THIS WAS NOT STATED AT THE TIME I ORDERED! Now they're refusing me access so my daughters birthday presents are not able to be collected!!😭 HELP!

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    @O2 any reason for awful 3/4G reception in/around Reading train station - can’t listen to any music, use social media, do emails..nothing in general...not just peak times Mon-Friday either..don’t see people who are prob on other networks w/ this issue...it’s shocking service tbh

    @O2 It'd nice to see that o2 take customer complaints seriously! Just as about as seriously as using there o2 guru chat service!! I'm still waiting for a reply to my DM that I sent you over an hour ago (about the length of time I wasted on the guru chat service!!)

    @O2 Yeah about those LOL up to end of last year I had no issues at all getting the weekly free hot drink at Cafe Nero while this year I think I have been able to get it only once or twice as always been out of stock both days 😫😂

    @O2 There was a mast down in my area but the matter wasn’t resolved for 3 weeks. I have data with EE on my ipad and the data wasn’t affected with them. With my phone I was unable to text, call or use my data. I don’t understand how you expect to put off £11, yet I haven’t been able

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    @O2 Unfortunately I am in the middle of a field at Badminton Horse Trials, so WIFI is limited to the members area, supposedly been an o2 mast put up, it’s not working, as every o2 user I’ve met has no signal and no coverage.

    @O2 can not believe how bad your data/network is. Can’t connect to the internet when outside. Whats the point in having 120gb when I’m only able to use like 5gb in a month. Get it fixed

    @O2 According to network information on O2 not likely to have service until 8pm on 11th May - I accept work has to be done but I can’t see how you can carry on charging for a service you cannot deliver - Will contact Ofcom for advice.

    @O2 The apple website says if my son doesn't have his own iphone, I can setup his watch on my phone as a standalone device and we don't need to be on the same carrier network though?

    @O2 Last month I lost a device that I have on contract with o2 . I phoned customer services and explained that I understand I must keep up my monthly payments for the device but wasn’t prepared to pay for airtime that I wasn’t using. The advisor told me to cancel both direct debits.

    @O2 I have been bombarded with these for the past 3 weeks, around the same time I spoke to a O2 customer service agent who was working from home with regards to settlement of my phone plan. Since then I've had a few problems.. apparently O2 investigations in reference to my account
