    @DieselDragonUK @O2 @Ofcom I see. EE is good for cities and countryside apart from the time when there was a broken cell tower near my hotel in the Isle of Wight! Had to deal with very slow speeds as the hotel WiFi limited their speeds. 😭

    @O2 The problem is the phone tries to switch to 5G where there is no coverage here so it results in no signal. That happens everywhere not just W5

    @O2 Your 3G and 4G in NP19 and NP20 areas has always been shocking, but today mobile data is non existent! Full bars yet can’t open a website! Your status checker says no issues. Just awful. Time to look for a better network I think!

    @O2 is literally the worst company to deal with. Customer services just put the phone down, manager call backs never completed, I’m being charged for a phone I don’t have and when I ask for the complaints process I’m refused it! How ridiculous!

    @O2 I’ve been promised a manager call back, a credit to my account and a refund. None of which have happened. I’ve now just been told that the only way now for the incorrect, additional payment to not be taken, is to cancel my direct debit…What is going on?!
