    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    Mother has been getting scammed by a mobile app service "Lasevia limited" for past 8 ish months, her mobile provider @O2 can't help at all. Looking online this has been an issue for ages yet nothing has been done by O2 😡

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @VodafoneUK I have spent three hours of phone time trying to resolve a mistake that your company has made. I am so glad I went back to @O2 PLEASE BE WARNED .... Vodafone customer service is the worse !

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    @o2 Ive transferred over to another network but I cant use my phone because you wont unlock it after 2 store visits (Wandsworth and Bracknell) very frustrating

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @O2 It'd nice to see that o2 take customer complaints seriously! Just as about as seriously as using there o2 guru chat service!! I'm still waiting for a reply to my DM that I sent you over an hour ago (about the length of time I wasted on the guru chat service!!)

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @O2 I am sorry but I am simply shocked at your poor customer service. I have now called twice to complain and ask for help. Twice I have been told a manager would call me. Twice this has not happened.

    @O2 I spent hours on chat to your advisers trying to cancel my phone contract and was told it was all done. I started a new contract with another provider and now suddenly I have been started on a new o2 tariff??? Help!

    Unbelievable. I’ve been trying to close my account (for an old mobile I never use). It’s taken me three hours on the phone to get absolutely nowhere. Each time Im about to settle the account the line goes dead. I don’t know what more I can do @O2 ?

    Want to do a special shout out to @muse and @O2AcademyBrix for not sending me anything about my presale code, just an email a few days ago saying they would send something. Honourable mention to @O2 for making priority access far my complicated than it needed to be. Terrible.

    @O2 what is going on with the priority app to buy Muse tickets? I tried from 10.00 yesterday, and all I got was presale happening now and no option to buy tickets. It seems a lot of people had the same issue. I could click on any other artist to buy a ticket just not Muse.

    @O2 honestly brutal customer service. Speaking to several agents none seemingly reading any of the notes and managers just disconnecting halfway through chats cause they aren't bothered and don't want to answer questions?

    @O2 can someone please help? I’ve had my iPhone 15 from you for under a year. The last month the screen keeps going funny. I can’t explain it. When I go to screen record or take a screenshot it won’t pick up the issue. Any advice would be appreciated please xx

    @O2 Yes. I’ve waiting at home twice two days running. Both days DPD has been out for delivery but never shows up. Please can you investigate asap? Has the order been stolen?

    @O2 i left in October 2025 and final bill paid November and yet im still receiving emails with bills with new contracts I didn't sign up for and and bills for £0.00 and anytime I confront customer service they hang up on me please can I DM you and you can remove my details
