    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

    @O2 I’ve sent emails but no was has replied I brought concert tickets yesterday morning and had to sign into the 02 venue app, which I’ve done. But when I go to view tickets it asks me to sign in again but when I do that it says email/password incorrect buts it’s not

Im in rural Fermanagh with that said the network was very reliable in most areas(for 10+ years!) bar a few black spots.the last period it’s like you say pretty much unusable. Its frustrating as o2 never seem to take any concerns here seriously despite DD lifting monthly
