    @O2 why is the network and 4g soooooo bad. Well I say 4g, I never get 4g most of the time. And even if it does say 4g it’s rubbish and slow, stuff still doesn’t load. A lot of the time I have to turn 4g off and change it to 3G for it to work. Rubbish

    @sabia_hussain @SEGROplc @O2 SEGRO have checked to see if the theft was on the estate itself. We'll see the young people right - just thought it might be worth reaching out to our 'bigger cousins' to see if they could help. Good to hear they didn't find anything in your car. 👍

    @O2 I have called O2 several times and also chatted online to a few people (Nooruddin for example).I also spoke to the 3rd party which don’t care and to the police which are busy with bigger problems.What it comes down to is YOU are charging me, and I am YOUR costumer

    @VictoriaGoodyer @O2 Exactly what I will do! I was hoping the more expensive monthly rate (to other providers) is justifid by the costumer service. How wrong was I! Fed up with the poor service, signal cover (in London!), weekends without data and now this.

    The ordeal continues. @O2 and it’s #CustomerService is very good at taking notes but appalling at resolving complaints / closing issues. Generated an incorrect / inflated bill despite multiple assurances otherwise! Now running pillar to post, no resolution in sight @MarkEvansO2

    @mnosborn @O2 Friend did the same. They said 3-4 weeks so he cancelled the order even though on the site it said in stock 🙄🙄 rubbish service

    @AmazonUK I have made a large order and it has been delivered to a Amazon locker. This locker is in a private @O2 building. THIS WAS NOT STATED AT THE TIME I ORDERED! Now they're refusing me access so my daughters birthday presents are not able to be collected!!😭 HELP!

    @O2 It’s doesn’t help!!!!! It’s getting frustrating day by day been with @02 nearly 7 years and it’s getting worst day by day. No proper coverage. There’re much better network providers in the U.K. that provide better network and customer services it’s time to make a change!!!!!!!

    I have consistently had issues with the SIM on my phone from @O2 and now there’s no service and I had to go to the store and request help from associates but instead I got a confused and clueless employee who seemed more interested in their snapchats and texts than helping me.

    Mother in law will deffo b leavin @O2 when her contracts up. She’s been abroad loads n never had issues. Goes Jamaica with new iPhone no issues. Goes to Europe with iPhone and no network. Apparently she needed to call them before n get a bolt. Load of rubbish! CS no help either!

    @O2 @virginmedia Will never go with virgin internet/tv ever again. Worst customer service and never ever worked. 3 months without internet apparently an engineer working on it. I left the company never got a penny back for lack of service.

    @virginmedia Finally have working Internet 9 days after installation. What a stressful experience, I hope no customer has to go through that. As for @O2, that's another story to get my money back after @Virgin sales team added a sim card to my account. Your staff are rude on the phone.

    @JayClay71 @O2 Sadly not mate, there’s some issue within o2 with an iPhone / Apple Watch pairing, so will be sending both back tomorrow as I can’t use a device that isn’t fit for purpose ( no idea when it’ll be sorted ) so going back to and old sim only deal with my old phone

    @O2 my Disney plus is charged on to my O2 every months on the 10th. If I want to get rid of it so I can pay with a card on Disney. When is the best time to cancel? If I cancel once the payment is added, do I get that 4 weeks I’ve paid for or do I miss out completely? 1/2

    @virginmedia Well, on your side, we could do with someone calling us about cancelling the contract with @o2 you set us up on for a deal, then said we couldn't have it. As your agent set it up with the wrong accout details and wrong email, we cannot access it after @O2 didn't shut it down.
