@O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

Unbelievable. I get a survey from @O2 regarding their service. I say it’s poor. They contact me and suggest a SIM card change. They have now cut me off until new SIM card arrives! For 3 days! O2 store can’t help. What a shambles! #cx #fail

Go n buy my son a £15 pre loaded pre pay 02 sim for it not be activated properly then them to say on the phone he needs a card to be added to his account to activate it and give him 3 months for free? Why’s this been so difficult? 4 contracts with 02 and never again @O2

@BPCP91 @O2 Yes and it says this part of the order has been sent and can’t cancel. Some as someone else has mentioned have got DPD notifications in the DPD app. I haven’t but they also use DHL as a courier
