    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    @O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If she’s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

    @O2 No, problem is NOT solved. The classical O2!! #worstcustomerservice Your rep promised & texted £13.50 will be applied in 24 hrs. It’s already 24+ hrs and nothing is visible on MyO2 app. You don’t expect me to do 50 min call back, Do you? Can you take responsibility and resolve??

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @O2 switched providers recently before I did I paid off my device plan over the phone. I have since received an email saying my final bill owes the device plan when I have already paid it. I can’t even access the bill because my access to my o2 has already ceased. Can you help?

    @O2 Day 30 of 365 on trying to get O2 to fix their phone customer service. 1) If you ring and ask for an e-sim for an Apple Watch then good luck with that. Staff seem very untrained. 2) Calls disconnect too much when speaking on 202. 3) The whole IVR system feels dated.
