    @gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

    @o2 Ive transferred over to another network but I cant use my phone because you wont unlock it after 2 store visits (Wandsworth and Bracknell) very frustrating

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @O2 youโ€™ve sent me reminder to pay u for a bill I can not see! I asked for a bill last mnth, as could not view online and nothing? This is on u! U have stopped my service but I wont pay until I have a break down? Bully! If u can send me a ltr, u can send me statement?? @Ofcom

    @O2 Yeah roam freely in Europe but beware going anywhere else, they wanted to charge me DAILY, the same amount that my husband was charged monthly by his network!!! Beware of extreme charges and dreadful customer service

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    Trying to listen to @VirginRadioUK on phone app on train and @O2 signal cutting out .. I know some areas are black spots but 3G surely should cope ๐Ÿ˜ฌ frustrating getting sound bites every 5 mins

    @O2 terrible service guys!! My wife has returned a broken phone via o2 Insure and after 3 weeks still no phone. If sheโ€™s lucky they might send the broken one back, if they find it so she can try again. #terribleservice

    @O2 your customer service needs looking at I contacted them at 7.40pm about an order,I went through security etc, then to be put on hold just before 8.00pm then to be cut off as you close at 8.00 can't contact again till tomorrow evening

    @O2 Itโ€™s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. Iโ€™m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    @O2 my wifeโ€™s new phone has been waiting 4 days for her old number to port across. 202 have been no use. She is looking after her elderly parents and you have shut down BOTH her old phone and the new one. What are you going to do about it?

    Who remembers when @O2 customer service was good? Since the merger with the appalling @virginmedia it's been absolutely diabolical. Trying to help a vulnerable relative, been on hold for 45 minutes ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ๐Ÿคฎ to reset his password. Shameful.

    @O2 I emailed my complaint to you. You responded by asking me to complete the complaint form as the email is not monitored. Iโ€™ve completed the complaints form but itโ€™s not working and there is a constant error message. Pretty much sums up your customer service!!!

    @Marooned_Sailor @O2 @Ofcom the issue with mmwave is whilst the bands were recently auctioned, theres another thing stopping the mmwave rollout which doesnt even have anything to do with the carriers, device manufacturers keep making it US exclusive, with international models not having it, so then the carriers dont build the infrastructure, so then the companies dont ship mmwave hardware, and it just goes in circles i dont think we'll ever have mmwave in this country at this rate

    @O2 I am sick and tired of not being able to make payment online or in the app because of your absolute shambles of a payment system, a system that you ironically upgraded last year telling us all that it would improve the system that had been around for years and years. The phrase โ€œif it ainโ€™t broke, donโ€™t fix itโ€ springs to mind. For the record tickets have been raised to your back office teams by your CS over and over and not one has ever been replied to or acted on.
