It’s a shame to lose two accounts because of a data charge that, while you may regard as valid, seems unreasonable. Also, “5 to 6 days if you submit a complaint email” is not an acceptable response time.

I am a victim of fraud which was reported immediately & I have been given no support & lied to. As well as billed for this fraudulent act. I’ve never been treated so badly by a company!
