@_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

@gillett_liam @VodafoneUK @EE @O2 I used to be with o2 for a while, but I found there signal kept cutting out everywhere, Vodafone has been the best signal wise for me and there data speeds are pretty cool.

Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

@O2 Thanks. Yes I have. I'm afraid Santander OTP still not working with O2 SIM. Everything else (other bank OTPs, 5G, WIFI call, all other phone functions) brilliant. Santander technical support are investigating. But unlikely they introduce fault at same time as new SIM

@atomicape99 @O2 The network is inadequate and fails to perform as it should.I’m my opinion it’s congested, but they use terms like ‘busy’. Masts in some areas like mine are dead at peak times. Retweet complaint using BBCWatchdog, WhichUk and ofcom tags.
