    I’ve been with @O2 for 7 years. I’ve been trying to negotiate an upgrade over the past 24 hours and it has been an actual nightmare. Really bad customer service.

    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    @_MiddleAgedGay_ @O2 @Ofcom I will never ever go to @O2 had a contract for a year with them and found the customer service horrendous terminated my contract and went back to @VodafoneUK, which are slightly more expensive but have great service for many years now. Hope you get it sorted soon

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    How I wish what happened yesterday had never happened. My arm hurts so much, even though I’m so happy to see Ariana; my back hurts, my feet hurt, my whole body hurts because of the sick people who did this to me.     So we were standing in line at 7 in the morning they counted us and when we got in at the O2 and they after we sat down. They told us it was a priority line and we couldn’t enter if we didnt have prio. But we could enter as a guest with one of our friends. @TeamAriana @O2 @TheO2

    @O2 so another 30 minutes of my life wasted. In writing this afternoon you promised a replacement device would be sent out and you are now reneging on that. Really very poor service to a customer of 10 years plus.

    @O2 Also saying i was a great customer with good credit rating and asked me if i was happy, said no i can never get a data reception, she immeduantly told me, i havve reported that to my team and they will get that fixed in the next 24 hours!
