    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    Hi @O2. So having cut me off twice on Sunday, told me to book a call, called but couldn’t deal with my issue , promised to call back within 48 hours (didn’t) - now I’ve had a call from a third party? Have you given them my data or have you been hacked?

    @O2 saying that they will be posting my new phone to me because my local store is closed but haven’t sent me a single email or even a tracking number? Trying to speak to someone but all 202 do is hang up on you and nobody replies to dm’s😕

    @O2 I spent hours on chat to your advisers trying to cancel my phone contract and was told it was all done. I started a new contract with another provider and now suddenly I have been started on a new o2 tariff??? Help!

    @O2 I suggest no-one buy o2 phones or services as not only are they incompetent but they don’t respond to complaints or even compensate you when they are at fault, I have been paying for phone and network which I NOT receiving for 10 days now!! Do not buy O2 @Ofcom @BBCNews

    @emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

    @O2 need some help on a priority offer that has been extended (secret cinema Bridgerton). I had a valid code but when I went to buy tickets it said voucher already used? I’ve tried ringing you after holding and being out through to someone I got cut off.
