    @O2 I phoned up customer services who passed it onto the fraud department. They ( customer services) were extremely understanding. I haven spoken to your fraud department.

    @O2 is one of the worst phone providers. How can I pay off my contract and still get charged. Your website is overcrowded too. Disgusting and poor service.

    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    @O2 I have had buttons fallen off my less then 4 week old tablet along with issues with adapter for the speaker helix which came with how can I get a swap or return organising as your lines won’t sort this out atm

    My contract is now up with @O2 and I'm thinking of just having a new sim and keeping my phone. Is it worth staying with o2? I'm only with them for the 'priority deals/free stuff' which they don't really do anymore! They also haven't given me a deal (10+yrs a customer)

    @O2 It’s being investigated but there was no indication that they would be back in touch with me. I’m concerned that my address will show up with bad credit with both you and other bodies as a result of this fraud.

    @o2 Ive transferred over to another network but I cant use my phone because you wont unlock it after 2 store visits (Wandsworth and Bracknell) very frustrating

    @O2 The issue has been resolved now after my persistent calling to fix it. Your team deactivated my sim without my permission resulting in me not being able to use my phone for a number of days.

    Hey @O2.. I #know these are weird times. i placed an order on sunday confimed & paid. online shop says next say delivery is still available. Ive emailed, replied with please use chat. Chats off line. I phoned and only upgrades and leaving o2 calls are accepted. Help

    @O2 I have an issue with my phone, some calls are not coming through (not ring or notification if missed called) & I'm not getting voicemails till hours later, it's not updating. After the phone battery dies & switched on or restarted do they appear.

    @O2 after 13 years I’ll be leaving O2. The #reception literally doesn’t exist in South London, better service with a tin can and string. It gets worse year in year out. Are you erecting #phone masts underground or something?

    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 I’ll be pretty blunt here. You network used to be the best in my area for years, now it’s complete garbage. The same times everyday I can barely get a 4G signal. The other networks are fine. As a 15 year customer I’ll be switching away from you in January. 😡

    @O2 Hello, I made a new contract with o2 on friday the 10th and I haven't receive my phone yet. The email says I can track the delivery on my o2 app but it won't let me get in. My contract with the other network finishes on the 15th and I would like to switch before that. Thanks

    @O2 thanks to Mohammed who I spoke to on Friday morning. I had to cut the call short but he worked on the problems with my account which were resolved over the weekend. 👍Much appreciated.

    9 days later and still no network /data from @o2....despite 4 (very long) phonecalls and 2 visits to O2 stores, my phone is still not functioning... So infuriating - what a horrific service... Contract is due for renewal but not a chance of going back to them now!! 🙄😡

    @O2 I have tried 6 times in the last 2 days to contact O2 by telephone without any success. I waited on the phone at least 40 minutes each time. I have left BT for what I thought was a good service from O2. What a huge mistake. O2 service is shockingly bad. How do I get in touch?
