Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Sarah H (@SarahWM45) reportedWell apparently if @o2 can provide no service, you still need to pay for it. We have both stuck with and paid for a service that does not work for 2 years and the repayment from O2 is to charge us for leaving. Been a customer for 10 years. @MartinSLewis
-
Ian (@ezzeeegooner) reported@O2 I am getting sick and tired of people saying they’re from O2 calling me, not one of them sounds “English” or calling from “England” yet someone has given them my number I haven’t been an O2 customer for years yet they seem to know I used to be a customer Stop selling data on
-
Don't shoot the messenger (@Lovethyneighb0) reported@kokeshimum @O2 I read the first two sentences and thought you were talking about drugs. Bed-time for me. Hope your service improves.
-
Mario Behrendt | AI Founder (@behrendtio) reported@kokeshimum @O2 One could argue you’re in Huddersfield. It’s not the “highest priority area” to build infrastructure let’s say. But I’m in London and during a typical commute on an overground train I lose my signal entirely at least 3 times. Both on EE and Vodafone. Incredible.
-
Lewny (@Lewnytune) reported@O2 I have done all of those steps. Once again this week the signal just keeps dropping. Everyone I know on O2 in the area is having same issue
-
john rowan (@jokewapo) reportedSince @O2 and @virginmedia got together what shite show it is. O2 signal is terrible and Virgin WiFi has went from being brilliant to petty poor

-
Padge (@fishboygtfc) reported@BennyBlanco22 @O2 @Apple Yep, I had a 5g signal but nothing loading up. Spoke to mates and they said the same. Had it for years, don’t know why I tolerated it. Entire villages I visited with work blacked out. So much better with ID/3.
-
Andy Reynolds (@oit_andy) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Yep, I live in Milnrow, signal is fine there but if I drive up Huddersfield road or Todmorden road the signal completely disappears. It’s hilarious when they add another number to the “G” when some places in the U.K. haven’t event got 1G.
-
Sonny (@SonnyBeL8) reported@kokeshimum @O2 Same here. Switched over to o2 a couple of years ago and its the worst network ive been on. Can’t get signal anywhere and rarely get 5g
