@O2 worst customer services, ring 202 to pay off phone and they cut me off then don’t answer, told on chat to follow link to chat to someone else who tells me they can’t help and ring 202! Going round in circles no wonder once paid off phone I’m leaving!

@O2 your customer service needs looking at I contacted them at 7.40pm about an order,I went through security etc, then to be put on hold just before 8.00pm then to be cut off as you close at 8.00 can't contact again till tomorrow evening

Not only did @O2 mess up my personal data, lie to me on the phone, fail to port my number resulting in me cancelling but losing £20, they have sold my number so I now get scam calls offering me 30% off my o2 bill (despite my number not being o2) Safe to say they are the worst
