    Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

    @O2 when I try to log into Priority I’m now asked to enter my phone number and then a code I get sent by you. When I do this it takes me back to the start of the process. Please advise. Also, my 3/4/5g is always terrible. Even in central London.

    @O2 It’s in the exact same spot, every single time I drive down there. Which is at least twice a day, every day since my contract started in June last year. Have your team been there that long? Maybe tell them to turn up one of the masts.
