    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    @O2 I am sorry but I am simply shocked at your poor customer service. I have now called twice to complain and ask for help. Twice I have been told a manager would call me. Twice this has not happened.

    Have had 1 bar of @O2 signal for most of this year, funnily enough when I tested the signal strength back in July the signal jumped to a MEGA 2 bars momentarily. #NoServiceHere

    @O2 I spent hours on chat to your advisers trying to cancel my phone contract and was told it was all done. I started a new contract with another provider and now suddenly I have been started on a new o2 tariff??? Help!

    @o2 Ive transferred over to another network but I cant use my phone because you wont unlock it after 2 store visits (Wandsworth and Bracknell) very frustrating

    @O2 It'd nice to see that o2 take customer complaints seriously! Just as about as seriously as using there o2 guru chat service!! I'm still waiting for a reply to my DM that I sent you over an hour ago (about the length of time I wasted on the guru chat service!!)

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @O2 great marketing activity. But no good doing that if you can’t provide basic service. Have been trying for 2 weeks to buy a new SIM. Passed around everywhere, 40 minute waits, given phone numbers by your South African call centre that don’t work. Not feeling like centre stage.

    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    @O2 Yes indeed I have, it's an issue your end, not mine. A pain as I have had neither consistent data or WiFi. Literally paying for absolutely nothing right now

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    Hey @O2 - I’ve had appalling voice and data reception for months. I spoke to your shop in Guildford 2 weeks ago, and they said that it was a known issue + signed me up for text alerts. Now you text me every few days to say you haven’t fixed it. 1/2 ...

    @O2 when you ring an ex customer to resolve an issue but then hang up? This a way of you calling to say your tried to contact the customer and let it ring twice? And mark on the system as called the customer?? Really bad customer service….

    @O2 please advise your complaints service telephone number, dont appreciate being told you can't speak to a manager as no managers work at the weekend. Over 60mins on the phone, going round in circles. The member of staff couldn't help as her shift was finishing soon. Very poor!

    @O2 the signal in my area has been terrible for months now. Full 4G signal but nothing loads, messages can’t send. What can I do?? Without Wi-Fi my phone is useless.

    @O2 customer service has really downgraded. I’ve been a customer for 7 years, multiple phone contracts with them and I’ve been waiting for 3 hours to get a reply on live chat, as of this moment still nothing. Very likely it’s my last contract with them.
