    @O2 I’m stuck! Trying to upgrade online, on the last screen realised it was the wrong GB model of iPhone 11 - seemingly can’t cancel it from there myself? And if I go back and click to upgrade again, it just brings up the load screen forever 🙁

    @O2 if a mast in the area is not working, and service checker gives message of 'taking longer than expected' to fix. Would ALL O2 mobiles be affected in the area? Just asking, as mine is without signal but flatmates is with. Odd that. Don't you think?

    Experienced some of the worst customer service to date!! First the advisor takes £400 more than agreed, next I’m chasing advisors everyday for a month with false lies about refund dates @o2 #notacceptable

    @ThreeUKSupport I want the note 20 4g but was told for 30gb £58 a month with a upfront cost, where as my "customer exclusive offer" was £55 a month. Or I can can to @O2 and get 90gb for £51 a month with a less up front cost. Talk about customer loyalty!!!

    @ThreeUK been a loyal customer for 6 years, recently brought a new contract through you, yet my upgrade price is far from being a loyal customer, I cant even get an existing customer deal unless I take out a third contract, what a joke! Even @O2 are cheaper than what I was told

    @O2 Your web chat support team advised I ‘needed’ to call Equifax, rather than Experian, even when I queried (as I have an Experian account). Might want to check the process playbooks! (Issue is now resolved through a work around).

    @O2 I have now with the help of the nice people at the o2 shop worked out there is a fault with the phone. This phone was given to me in February by @O2 insure. They are refusing to fix it without me paying an excess. I did not cause this problem. The phone was faulty.

    @O2 why does the local B90 4AJ mast go faulty EVERY week. 6 weeks in a row now, we get no service until it is repaired. You need better repair engineers as their repairs do not even last a week!!!

    @O2 Seriously? How can I use the network checker to see if there is a known issue if I don’t have a connection?!? When finally out of the area and with 4g I could then see that there is an issue that will be fixed by end Nov, this has been going on for months. What am I paying for?

    @daniel_barnett @O2 This happened to me a few years ago. They both refused to speak to the other, even when it was on speaker. I made them cancel my contract (that was a different drama), went next door and started a new contract with EE. Shower of ****. Nice to see some things never change.

    @O2 well, turns out some companies DO think I'm worth a basic contract! 14 years with you and you couldn't give me what @ThreeUK did when I never spent anything there.
