Hey @O2 is there any way of claiming some money back as we’re into a second week of service disruption due to the works going on in HP5. I’ve had little to no text/voice access unless connected to my home (or public) WiFi for the best part of 5/6 days now.

Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@emmahaslett @O2 Very good point. These things do tend to penalise the more vulnerable/worse off. I work with clients in the former category to help them become more tech savvy and keeping track of their finances. The latter don’t receive much support

@idlewildgirl @O2 Forums are full of complaints - O2 have sold way beyond the network capacity. If you're in a city or other busy location you can have full phone signal and a 4/5G icon but you'll struggle to get anything to load. I'm off back to Vodafone ASAP.
