    Took out an @O2 account as part of some 'volt' deal with @virginmedia. My god O2 are bad. Apparently you have to wait a few months to access your account online to wait until their systems "catch up" for new joiners. Shouldn't have bothered.

    @O2 my services don’t seem to be working, I’m unable to make outbound or receive inbound calls, unable to use my date or anything, normally if my services are disconnected it shows up no service but it’s currently showing 3 bars of signal but nothing else, can I find out why?????
